Could have been better Thanks for my birthday car wash. I think the damaged plastic panel may have been caused by the recent steering box work. On the windy day at Thanks for my birthday car wash. I think the damaged plastic panel may have been caused by the recent steering box work. On the windy day at ~60 mph the panel dropped on the highway (sounded like a branch under the car) and stopped making noise after 1/4 mile. I think part of the panel came entirely off. When I got home and put it in reverse it stated grinding on the ground again. I taped it up and brought it in to check it out. Nice work two self tapping bolts and was charged a half hour service time. ($75) Thanks! More

When I picked up the car t I dropped of my 2017 Q50 Red Sport for an oil change, inspection sticker, tire rotation and interior detailing 04-09-2019. When I picked up the car there was minor paint damage to my door jam sill that was not there when I dropped off the car. The damage was consistent with a vacuum hose being dragged repeatedly over the door jam edge. I discussed the damage with the service manager Victor Burgos who recognized the problem and agreed to fix the area of concern. His commitment to exceptional customer service and doing the right thing was greatly appreciated. More
