Great experience I recently purchased a new Infiniti from Nashua location. I worked with Christopher Santiago in sales and he was fantastic. Work not completed. Mileage on this car is very poor! 15.4 m work not completed. I sam awaiting a new date to reschedule the work on rim of tires. Mileage on this car is very poor. I should be getting 19miles to thge gallon, instead it is 15.4 miles to the gallon. The status button on my dashboard always reads 19 miles to the gallon. The reading should coincide to the actual mileage I am getting. I do not plan on getting another Infinity in the near future unless performance improves. More

Mike was an awesome salesman, the Finance rep was a jerk So, we originally went in just to look at a Q50 to compare it to the other cars we had test driven (Subaru Forester, Lexus IS250 & 300, etc) We origin So, we originally went in just to look at a Q50 to compare it to the other cars we had test driven (Subaru Forester, Lexus IS250 & 300, etc) We originally had no intention to buy because we still wanted to check out the Mazda CX-5 turbo. However, when we took the Q50 out my wife was like, "This is it, this is what I've been looking for". I was leaning more towards an SUV so I at least wanted to check out the QX50 before we made up our minds but the sales rep (Anine, i think his name was) said that he was really busy and didn't have time to let us take any more test drives. I went back in to see if there was anyone else that could help and we were introduced to Mike. Right off the bat, Mike was very nice and extremely informative. He took us on a test drive of the QX50 and while i liked it, it felt sluggish to me and my wife let me know that she had made up her mind and wanted the Q50. The sales process went pretty well. it took a while, but it always does. We had arrived there shortly before 1pm and after all the sales paperwork was done it was nearing 8pm but Mike said we still had to meet with the Finance manager. I don't remember his name but I think it was Steve. He was nice enough to begin with. I know they have to at least see if you're interested in an extended warranty and even though we didn't want one, I told him he could at least show us what it covered. I thought he could spit it out in a few minutes but no, he drug it on for an hour. Even after I told him we weren't interested he continued on. After telling him for the 4th or 5th time we didn't want it, he finally gave us our paperwork but his demeanor completely shifted and he acted like a spoiled child on the verge of throwing a tantrum and it really put me off. As much as I loved working with Mike, i'm pretty sure I'm not going back to this dealership again just to avoid having to talk to the Finance guy ever again. I listed that I "would" recommend this dealership to others based solely on my interaction with Mike but I only gave it 3 stars instead of 5 because of the Finance rep. More

Great service and staff! Always positive. The service staff here is always willing to help and go the extra mile when it comes to making us happy. This is why we only buy Infi Always positive. Unorganized The sales rep Jeff was very helpful but it seems that this dealership is unorganized overall. Here are the things that went wrong. I made a deposit The sales rep Jeff was very helpful but it seems that this dealership is unorganized overall. Here are the things that went wrong. I made a deposit of $500 to hold a car. I ended up purchasing a different car but I have not yet been refunded the deposit after following up 2 times. They did not remember to put an inspection sticker on my car and they gave me the wrong temp plate after putting the wrong address on the temp registration. My appointment with Finance got bumped a couple of times and I ended up spending a lot more time than necessary waiting. I pointed out a couple of dings and scratches that I wanted touched up in detail and was very dissatisfied with the results. Finally, the car wasn’t cleaned very well on the exterior with dirt spots still visible on the hood and around the tires. More
