We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle and could not be happier with the vehicle or the service that we received from our salesperson, Amine. He was responsive, fast and easy to work with. We went back to purchase an additional vehicle, and through no fault of Amine’s ended up having to go elsewhere because of a lack of understanding of bank financing on the finance manager, Mike’s, part. We were looking forward to continuing a relationship with Infiniti of Nashua but are sorely disappointed by our second experience. More

I was told that my annoying door chiming issue had been fixed- apparently they reset it and it didn’t chime!! They were aware that the deafening chime occurred 99%of the times! Unfortunately, as soon as fixed- apparently they reset it and it didn’t chime!! They were aware that the deafening chime occurred 99%of the times! Unfortunately, as soon as I drove off and stopped less than a mile from the service center- the chime went off. I wish the department had figured the issue and resolved it. This experience tarnishes any positive encounters I have have had with the center. It’s so far from my home so not something I can just ‘turn around’ and drive back!! Am disappointed that the dealership could not resolve an issue on their model car!! More

I called the dealership, and asked If Chris Santiago, was there. I was immediately transferred to him. When I went to the dealership, the vehicle I had my eye on was ready for me to test drive.
