Like one of the other reviewers, I too do a lot of research prior to making a purchase. I also dealt with other Infiniti dealers, and can honestly say that Infiniti of Nashua is head-and-shoulders ab research prior to making a purchase. I also dealt with other Infiniti dealers, and can honestly say that Infiniti of Nashua is head-and-shoulders above the rest. There was no high pressure, nor the usual delay tactics. The team there was respectful of my time, extremely friendly and courteous, and a wealth of information. The salesperson (Sean) even came in to work on his off-day to complete the sales transaction! Although I was initially disappointed with the offer on my trade, I again did some more research, and infiniti ultimately met my revised price AND met my price on the new vehicle. The negotiation was painless, and I believe they were reasonably forthcoming with their price discussions. I was surprised and pleased with the 'reconnection' service - especially given the advanced technology in the vehicle I chose. The reconnection manager (Claire) is very knowledgeable, and was willing to meet at the location of my choosing to provide training on the DVD, Navigation, hard drive, etc. She was willing to spend as much time as was required, and she answered all of my questions - while offering another session if needed. Given the vehicle is new, I cannot comment on the service, but am looking forward to a positive experience there as well, based on some of the other reviews. More
I was generally pleased with my experience with Infiniti of Nashua. I recently bought a used G35 from this dealership, a dealer with whom I have had no experience in the past. Salesman Sean Nicholson wa of Nashua. I recently bought a used G35 from this dealership, a dealer with whom I have had no experience in the past. Salesman Sean Nicholson was very patient with me, even though I wasn't buying one of the new or top-of-the-line models. I really appreciated that. I needed a vehicle right away, but wasn't going to be rushed into a deal. Sean showed very little evidence of using high pressure sales techniques, although he understandably wanted me to buy. He reduced the car’s price a couple thousand dollars almost immediately, illustrating the need to haggle with any car dealer, because there’s a lot of “padding” in that price just for that purpose. We discussed terms, and I made it clear that I wanted to pay less than a certain amount in monthly payments. He plugged the numbers into the computer, and came up with a figure I could live with. The following day, I called back and gave the go-ahead. Sean was very accommodating and friendly, and even gave me his cell phone to call him at home if necessary, and it was, since I decided to buy on the day he was not working. I called in anyway and spoke with the finance manager, who was pleasant, and he approved me, calling back later that afternoon. The following day I went to the dealership and the only fly in the ointment was that the price on the final purchase and sales agreement was about six percent higher than my stated ceiling, but that was a minor annoyance and, in truth, was still within my spending limit. Still, it was unexpected. However, the interest rate, 8.9%, was abominable, and I will be forced to refinance in a year or two. The car was in the shape I expected it to be in, other than the radio, which needs an antenna of some sort because it gets no AM stations and only three local ones (something I didn't notice on the test drive, and Sean didn't volunteer this information.) Overall, I was pleased with the experience I had at this luxury dealership. I will recommend them to others, with the caveat that if the terms are not exactly as promised, they should walk away. But that's true of ANY deal, anywhere. I would definitely consider buying a new vehicle from them in a few years’ time. More
I live in the North Shore of Massachuttes and I travel an hour up to Nashua, NH to purchase my vehicles from Infiniti of Nashua because I feel totally comfortable with them and trust them, which is big when hour up to Nashua, NH to purchase my vehicles from Infiniti of Nashua because I feel totally comfortable with them and trust them, which is big when you purchasing a new vehicle. I have also recommened Infiniti of Nashua to friends, who have now become new customers for the same reasons that I have been a customer. The whole experience of buying a car and having it serviced use to be a pain in the neck. Nashua makes it painless. They know I can't stay and wait all day for my car, so there is no problem getting a loaner vehicle and coming back when it is a good time for me. More
First of all, I buy cars very infrequently (every 7-10 years), so I do tons of research, visit dealerships and take many test drives, discuss experiences with friends and colleagues and then finally, take years), so I do tons of research, visit dealerships and take many test drives, discuss experiences with friends and colleagues and then finally, take the plunge. My experience with Infiniti of Nashua, when all factors were considered was a positive as it gets. Each of my visits there could have been filmed for training purposes. I was afforded the time to ask questions about the differences in models, various options and pricing in a non-pressured, professional environment. I was able to engage the Sales Manager (Ron Poirier) and Sales Consultant (Sean Nicholson) relative to any topic in person or via phone/email virtually 24/7. Their attention to me did not end with the purchase. Post-purchase, I was visited by Infiniti of Nashua's in-house electronics guru, Claire Nicholson, who in one hour, demystifyed the nav system along with the voice-activated functionality. In addition, a follow-up call to Claire relative to a Bluetooth issue was a "snap" for her and an "answered prayer" for me. I understand it's a business but there is no business unless there are customers and in that spirit, Infiniti of Nashua made me feel like I am the most important customer they ever had. More
As a 2-time customer (FX35, G37)of Infiniti of Nashua, I can't say enough about their overall professionalism. Unlike most dealerships, they bring a down-to-earth approach, tons of experise...but zero press can't say enough about their overall professionalism. Unlike most dealerships, they bring a down-to-earth approach, tons of experise...but zero pressure. The staff answered all of my questions (however annoying haha), and you could immediately sense that they were there to help, not to push me into a vehicle. It took me literally 2 days to become a happy customer driving off the lot! The particular vehicle I was interested in, with my laundry list of specific options, was a rare find, and I was a bit skeptical that it could be located in such a short period (I was nearing the end of my former lease). Low and behold, after letting them know what I was looking for, I was called back within hours! Almost too good to be true, Infiniti of Nashua let me know that not only had they gotten their hands on that particular vehicle, but it would ready even earlier than expected! And if you're worried about the drive from Boston..don't be- as a Boston resident, I can assure you it's worth the short trip! I would highly recommend Infiniti of Nashua as my experience was pleasant and hassle-free. More
My last three vehicles have been purchased here and this is, without a doubt, the finest and most professional dealer that I have ever worked with. Sean Nicholson is the sales representative that I dealt w is, without a doubt, the finest and most professional dealer that I have ever worked with. Sean Nicholson is the sales representative that I dealt with on all three vehicles. His extensive knowledge of Infiniti vehicles as well as competitive vehicles is extremely useful. His attention to detail and follow-through have allowed all of my purchases to go smoothly. In addition to the sales, the service department at Infiniti of Nashua is outstanding. I have dealt with Gus Wallace since my first vehicle purchase and he as well as all of the staff are extremely courteous. It's because of Gus and the outstanding service that I drive an hour each way for all of my service needs. I am looking forward to purchasing many more vehicles at Infiniti of Nashua in the years to come. More

What a friendly bunch of people they have in the Infiniti of Nashua Service department. After I bought the G35 sports from then last July I was pleased to receive a visit from Claire from their customer aft of Nashua Service department. After I bought the G35 sports from then last July I was pleased to receive a visit from Claire from their customer after sales dept. She took over 2 hours to show me how to work the technology I thought i'd figured out. There is a lot of technology in that car and I was impressed by her extensive knowledge of everything about the car. I thought I'd stumped her with a question on bluetooth/address book downloading/and my Motorola KAZR, but she had an answer for that too! Sometime later I had a follow up call explain the answer to an obscure question I had about "Ripping" MP3 CDs. Moving ahead to my first service call; what a pleasure that was! I was greated my a friendly guy who took some details and was show the waiting room. I was pleased to beable to connect to their wireless network to carry on working. 45 minutes later I was told my car was ready. They also cleaned my car too! That was a nice surprise. My second visit was 3 weeks ago and the service was just as good. What was interesting was chatting to some of the people waiting for their cars. I told them I was suprised how friendly the staff were in this overworked, underpaid day and age and they remarked they had been coming here for years and actually looked forward to it. They knew most of the staff my first names, I'm not there yet. But I'm looking forward to my next visit. The last service person I dealt with was Chris Holt. I forgot the first service guy I dealt with, it could be Bob or Geoff. More
I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Infiniti of Nashua. Upon the purchase, my car did not have an owners manual or a spare key, which I requested. I was provided with the spare key the following week. No Upon the purchase, my car did not have an owners manual or a spare key, which I requested. I was provided with the spare key the following week. Now it is 2 months later and I still have not received the owners manual. I called approximately 2 weeks ago to check the status and Infiniti manager Brian informed me that it should have been shipped, he would double check and if not he would mail it, and I should expect it in a few days.<br>After 2 weeks I called back to find out where it was, he told me he didnt know, but he would follow up and find out and resend. When I told him that was the same thing he told me two weeks ago, he got very upset with me and said "I told you I would follow up, what more do you want!!! Im tired of you, Im tired of listening to you rant and Im done talking to you. Im hanging up now."<br>Then he hung up on me.<br>I was totally appauled at the way he spoke to me. This is totally unacceptable and I am telling everyone about my experience with the staff of Infiniti of Nashua, more specifically, the Manager of the Pre-owned department, Brian. More

I BELIEVE IT WAS.<br><br>I spent a good deal of time working out a lease deal with the Sales person Diane. We agreed on a fair price and actually shook hands on it. I left with a hand written, dated, lease offer on paper. I told Diane I was going home to discuss our deal with my wife and would be in tomorrow to sign the papers. I called the next day to arrange to come in and lease the car when Diane told me a mistake was made. She was not sure how that would affect my monthly payments. She had no other details and the finance manager would have to call me back and explain. <br><br>The finance manager called back and told me the monthly payments would be about $60 more per month. After some double talk, which I quickly saw through by punching the numbers into my lease spreedsheet (thank GOD for these spreadsheets) he changed his tune and stated that the reason my payment went up was because they changed to the Infiniti leasing company. The money had factor more than doubled overnight. His excuse was that the original leasing company no longer showed up on his computer screen. So my option was to pay the $60 a month higher cost or secure my own financing. <br><br>There was no discussion the previous day of the 'offer' expiring. I thought it was strange to find out that the leasing program would end mid-week or before the end of the month. Needless to say I did not feel that this was an up and up deal. The Finance manager did not seem the least bit sorry, he spoke in a matter-of-fact tone. I felt the entire deal was now soiled. I was angry and called my sales person Diane but I only received her voicemail. She did not return my call and I never heard from the Infiniti of Nashua dealership again. <br><br>At the very least one could consider this to be poor business practice and certainly not the service one would expect from ANY dealership. Or as I do, you make consider it a prime example of BAIT AND SWITCH.<br><br>That's my story; take it for what it's worth. Needless to say that I will not be purchasing a car or servicing ANY car from this dealership. <br><br><br><br><br> <br><br><br><br> More
