When I finally visited Infiniti of Nashua to test drive my in stock vehicle, I was treated promptly and professionally and allowed the time to ask several additional questions concerning the operation of the optional features of my vehicle. The sales process was completed in under 5 minutes, at the agreed to value, and all paperwork was prepared in accordance with Mr Vanderbeck's and my prior on line communications. My circumstances were a little more complicated since this was a company purchase for a private driver, and I'm also a resident alien. None of this phased Van and the team who made everything simple. I turned in a BMW 330x which I loved and needed to be convinced that the Infiniti would be even better - and that includes my service experience. I've got 12,000 miles on the G35x now and the car, service and dealership have all been excellent. More

I received a fabulous price, great respect for my time and left with the 2 vehicles that we wanted all in about an hour. What a great experience and team. I found the vehicle (a 2008 used Scion xD) I was interested in on ebay, posted by this dealership. The comprehensive photo album and write-up on the vehicle was finely detailed and right on the money, with nothing overlooked, giving me the confidence to make an offer confidently. When I arrived at the dealership (after a 292 mile drive) the service was friendly, and all the paperwork was prepared, making the transaction quick and trouble free. I will probably never have the opportunity to deal with Infinity of Nashua again, but I wouldn't hesitate. If only my dentist was so good. More

This is a local owned and serviced organization. THey are honest, knowledgeable, competant, friendly, and cooperative. My only dealings are for new cars with Infiniti tradeins. The problem I have is they are the only dealer north west of Boston and I find they are higher priced than the metropolitan dealers for trades. Perhaps it is a price to be paid for the convenience of a local dealer. Their service is excellent and they have an unusual after sales follow up in the person of Claire Nicholson. On delivery she meets with you and explains all the features - especially the now complicated electronics. She is also available for after sales problems. This is unique as I have found most dealers only provide the sales rep for after sales non service questions. All in all, this is a unique dealership in this world today which treats you as a valued customer. More
My experience with Infiniti of Nashua has been absolutely great. I could have purchased my 2004 FX35 from a dealer located much closer to my home, but decided on Infiniti of Nashua because of the overall sa great. I drive about 50,000 miles per year and currently have over 200,000 miles on my car. All those miles translate into a fair amount of regular maintenance service...mostly oil changes. In my opinion, the service department is second to none. I've owned other luxory cars and the service was generally good, but it was nothing compared to the treatment I've recieved from the guys at Infiniti of Nashua. Henry, Jack, Chris, and Gus are the best!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone...they're a first class operation. More

I lease cars every 3 years or so, and I had 6 months to look around before my Lexus GS lease matured in 2006. I drove every contender in the Luxo-Sport sedan class: Audi, BMW, Lexus, Mercedes, and final look around before my Lexus GS lease matured in 2006. I drove every contender in the Luxo-Sport sedan class: Audi, BMW, Lexus, Mercedes, and finally the Infiniti M, which had just been introduced. My Inifiti of Nashua salesman, Sean Nicholson, was the first salesman I'd encountered who really knew both his own product and those of the competitors. He had all the facts at his fingertips, and he had pointers to all the objective comparative reviews by the auto mags (Road and Track, Car and Driver, etc.). It didn't escape my attention that Sean was interested in and knew something about good wine (a passion of mine). How often do you find that kind of cultural sophistication while shopping for cars? I later discovered that Inifiniti is one of the sponsors of the Boston Wine Expo - surprise! Sean and I went for a couple test drives in the M35x - once on treacherous country roads the day after a blizzard. He clearly knew the vehicle's capabilities, which were most impressive. I still had a couple months left on my Lexus lease, so I drove all the cars again, but this time, I asked Sean to let me drive the M45 Sport; I wanted to experience the top performance model and wanted to see whether the many control buttons would be distracting during night driving. Sean arranged to let me take the car overnight. SOLD! I never looked back. This is the best vehicle I've ever driven; handling and overall responsiveness really outclass the competition, even the BMW 550i, which costs 13G more. As for service, I had been spoiled by Lexus of Manchester (before they were bought by IRA). The Inifiti service department was even better: thorough, totally professional, but at the same time friendly and conversational, all the service people have great sense of humour. Some of them know and appreciate good wine (like my salesman Sean). However, they do have a strict rule about no imbibing during the business day ;>) To summarize: I have recommended Infiniti of Nashua to all my friends and colleagues as the best dealership in my experience.
