I had an outstanding experience recently, having bought a 2008 G35x from Sean Nicholson at Infiniti of Nashua.. I had owned a 2004 G35x and had begun researching another G but would also be looking into a B 2008 G35x from Sean Nicholson at Infiniti of Nashua.. I had owned a 2004 G35x and had begun researching another G but would also be looking into a BMW 335X and Mercedes C class. I entered Infiniti in Nashua the last Saturday in September just to poke around. My first Infiniti purchase was the result of about 15 months of planning and research. I do not make hasty decisions ever when a lot of money is involved. I explained to Sean Nicholson that I was merely beginning another process. I told him I owned a 2004 G with low miles and all maintenance. I would be just as happy to continue driving it. We agreed I'd take a test drive of the newer version. It was everything I thought it would be. Any small thing that could have been made better on my 2004 was better - More pick up, better interior, better lines. I told Sean the only way I would buy a car immediately would be if I was blown away with what they would give me for my car and the deal on a new one. Sean explained this to his manager and came back and blew me away with the offer. I won't get into details but will also share that other conditions was that there had to be no pressure and no bs. There was no pressure and no bs. Sean was fine with whatever I wanted to do. Basically, I could not leave the deal offered to me on the table. More importantly, I appreciated to approach taken. If I detected any pressure, I would have continued on my long 6-9 month process of evaluation. Instead. I agreed after some adjustments and conditions and am driving the new version of the same car I had owned for the previous 4 years. I am very happy with Sean, Infiniti of Nashua, and look forward to continuing my relationship with the dealership and Infiniti. More
I have always had very good experiences with the purchases of my Infinitis. Hence why this is my 6th one. Infiniti of Nashua, has always been outstanding. My salesperson went out of his way to make it as pleasant an experience from my test drive, to negotiations all the way to switching out vehicles. Even after the sale he was as attentive in my needs. I did my total transaction over the phone. They gave me a price and I counter them with my price. They said OK, and we had a deal. This was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. No pressure, easy financing, everyone we dealt with was extremely personable and helpful. I think he is one of the best service advisiors I have ever worked with. My feelings for a service department is first impressions speaks volumes and this dealership speaks with gusto. I will in the feuture, and have in the past recommended this dealership and their product to all my friends and aquaintenances. I have dealt with Mr.Dupont in the past at another dealership and welcome his personality and friendship here at Infiniti of Nashua. This is harassment folks. First, let me say that I have already filled out a dealership survey that went via US postal service. I also received 2 phone calls from the dealership asking if I had any quest already filled out a dealership survey that went via US postal service. I also received 2 phone calls from the dealership asking if I had any questions regarding my new G35X. I returned the second call only as a professional courtesy and explained this was my second Infiniti G35X and I did not need assistance. Then, I receive an email asking me to kindly go to this website and fill out the survey for the dealership. I attempted to rate the dealership on the criteria that was listed above. I submitted my ratings and what do I get??? A reply from this website that says I MUST TYPE MY REVIEW AND EXPLAIN WHY I RATED THE DEALERHSIP THE WAY I DID. Are you kidding me? I honestly feel this is harassment. How many times is a customer going to be asked to rate their car buying experience? The car buying experience was fine, but the follow up requests to get me to continually review the dealership is completely ridiculous. And on top of it all, you request the user to: "Please add "support@dealerrater.com" to your contact list to ensure our verification email makes it to your inbox." Please stop asking customers to rate their car buying experience over and over again. If I get one more request to rate my dealership, I'm going to scream. -Wendy Lombardi More

Sean Nicholson is an outstanding sales consultant. I bought my first car from him at Infiniti of Nashua in 2006, and he is the reason why I returned to buy my next Infiniti. He is warm, friendly, professional and has exceptional customer service skills. My elderly parents also purchased an Infiniti from Sean in 2006. Although my father is disabled and does not even have the ability to drive a car, Sean treated him with kindness and respect. Sean's manner allowed my father to maintain his dignity and did not go unnoticed by my mother and I. Also, my family knew intuitively that he was giving us very good prices on our cars. Our cars in 2006 and my car today were ready as promised, and very clean. I never felt rushed, and Sean spent as much time with me as I needed to go over all the features and details. I found the staff to be professional, knowledgeable and patient - I needed two test drives to help make up my mind. In particular, Sean Nicholson was a pleasure to work with. In addition to Infiniti I also considered Audi, Mercedes and BMW, just as I found the Infiniti vehicle superior, I also found my experience at the Infiniti dealership to be superior. Buying a new car is not something I do often and I've never looked forward to negotiating over price. Infiniti of Nashua made thing easy. My wife and I were treated respectfully and we never felt pressured. While doing my homework I found the Infiniti of Nashua web site very useful. At the site I was able to search the inventory and find a vehicle in-stock with the exact options I wanted. The follow-up visit from Claire Nicholson was also very useful and informative. It was also convenient as Claire came to my office in Cambridge. I'm enjoying driving my new Infiniti G35x and have no hesitation in recommending Infiniti of Nashua. More
