Through the VPP program, and combined with factory incentives my final price was as good as I could hope for -all without "painful" negotiations. The dealer found me the car that I wanted (features, color) and delivered it in pristine condition. Walter spent a good deal of time during the delivery process, ensuring I was familiar with all the controls. He then phoned me the next day to see if everything was still to my satisfaction. During the shopping process, I felt no "sales pressure". The entire experience was actually fun! (as it OUGHT to be!) More

I particularly enjoyed and appreciated the step by step explanation of the vehicles many functions. Even though my home is an hour's drive from the dealership, Claire's offer to come anytime to help w/ any questions was a refreshing change. I would definitely recommend this dealership as well as Sean and Claire. They are a good team, and certainly an interesting and much appreciated accent to the leasing experience. More

The next day I returned with my wife and after a test drive we were convinced this was the car for us.The negotiation was quick and almost painless. We feel we received a fair deal. I waited till I had 1000 miles on my car to write this;and O yes Whitney was right as usual- This is the most fun car I ever owned (out of 22) and John was great to do business with.I hope the service is as good as my experience with the sales department. Five years ago I purchased a 1998 Infiniti Q45 with 80,000 miles on it. Today my Q45's mileage is 219,000 miles. The quality of work performed is superb and the way that I have been treated as a customer has been just as great. Jack Korpey is extremely knowledgeable about my car's requirements but more importantly he is one of the most customer service oriented individuals whom I have ever met (and I work in an industry where great customer service is critical). Dale has also gone out of his way to help me on several occasions. I would highly recommend the entire Service Dept, especially Jack, and I will continue to have all my work done here. The Q45 is a great car but I know that it is Jack, Dale, and the rest of the crew who keep it running so well. Thank you for putting this customer "first". I am most grateful. More

The salesman, Ambrose, clearly understood the product and executed flawlessly on ensuring that I was a satisfied customer. And no one else I dealt with ever "passed the buck" during the process when questions arose. Lastly, following a minor tire injury on the road a few weeks after picking up my car, the service department promptly identified and solved the problem.
