Starting with Sean, the salesperson, he knows the Infinity products and the competitors. We looked as the BMW X3 and the Lexus RX350. We first talked with Sean and test drove the EX. Sean gave us his take on the competitors and was spot on. We tested the BMW, the Lexus, visited other Infinity dealers and we came back to Sean because we liked the way we were treated and the price we paid. Customer Service: After the sale, Claire came to our house (in Mass.) to go over the features and show how to make the most of the technology in the EX. She spent a lot of time with us and was very helpful. The only time I have seen dealer offer this is when we bought the G35x. Service department: We have never had a problems with our infinities. When we come in for service, Gus takes care of us. Whenever I have took other car makes that I have owned to dealers for service, I always left feeling over charged and under served. This never happens with Gus. We recently had a mishap with a side mirror, our bad. They checket it out, ordered the parts and they will be ready to install when the car goes in for its scheduled service, no inconvenience. We are really happy with our Infinities and will be back to Infinity of Nashua when it is time for the next new car. More

I also have had good experiences with the service department every time I call for an appointment. The reconnect service is a really nice touch, especially considering the technological complexity of the car's features. However, I am not convinced they were as straight up on my trade-in as they stated at the time of the deal. Ironically, I was referred to them by a friend who felt they gave the fairest trade-in of all the area Infinity dealers. In fairness, I have not taken this up with them since it is long after the deal, and they deserve to defend themselves before anything negative goes online beforehand. Therefore, I shall not elaborate further on this issue at this time, in this arena. More
I just took delivery of a new EX35. It is my first Infiniti and I was very pleased with the entire process. My salesman was Van, who made the puchase painless. When I met with Geoff to go over additional services, he explained them in detail but did not presssure me ton purchase them. The dealership overall is very impressive. People are friendly and the service is great. I would have to say that it is one of the easiest car purchases that I have ever made. I would recommend the dealership highly. More
Considering this is a high end car I would have expected better treatment, professionalism, and honesty in purchasing a car relative to the norm. At times the salesman was a bit patronizing in attempting to sell the car and price negotiation. I found better professionalism at other dealers (e.g., Acura, BMW, & Mercedes). But I preferred the Inifinti model better. Not sure I would go back to this dealership in the future. I will definitely look at other dealers for future car purchases before I would consider going back. More
I just took delivery of my 2nd car from infiniti of Nashua. The lease was up on my FX35 and I now have a great new 2008 G37x. I knew the G had the same great AWD system that have proven it's worth thru the past 3 winters. I've had several chances to test the AWD lately and it works great in the snow and ice. One of the key reasons for deciding to stay with infiniti is the outstanding service from both the sales and service departments. From the moment you walk in the door, the receptionist greets you warmly and finds the person you need to see. I've been to many delaerships where you could wander around without anyone ever talking to you. A nice touch. I've had the opportunity to have the same salesman each time, but I also noticed all ther other salepeople were just as nice and friendly as Van. Van certainly makes the buying experience easy and as painless as possible. The entire sales team is friendly and low pressure. Yes, they are there to sell cars and make money, but they all seem genuinely nice. I had a chance to meet the owner, and i can see how his personality is reflected in how the dealership treats their customers. The December special for free maintenace for the first 30k miles was a nice bonus. The service area is in a separate location across the street, but that location is actually more conveinent. A unique feature of the service deprtment is the drive thru service area. You drive up in your car, the service advisors have their office right where you park the car. You don't have to go inside looking for the service counter. The waiting area is large, clean, has a nice large TV and a space for your laptop. The combination of friendly low-pressure sales and a superior service experience make Infiniti of Nashua a great choice for buying a car. More
I bought a 2008 G35x in September after a long and somewhat frustrating time trying to find a suitable new car that fit my budget. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to visit Infiniti of Nashua after the string of bad experiences we had had at other dealers. The entire staff was very friendly, and I met with John Bonner, who stayed later than his normal work schedule to accomodate my overtime work hours. He was extremely friendly, professional, very knowledgeable during the test drive, and never made us feel rushed in our decision. I truly believe Infiniti of Nashua is a great place to go if you're looking for a dependable, yet fun car with really wonderful customer service. More than one dealer I had visited before Infinit of Nashua were over-staffed with un-helpful associates who lacked simple customer service skills, and this dealer is very simply the direct opposite of this. A very comfortable, easy experience and a GREAT car that I enjoy daily. More
We just bought a new EX, which we LOVE. The experience of buying the car at Infiniti of Nashua was very straightforward and no-nonsense. Walter was honest and friendly, and he didn’t pressure us to buy anything we didn’t want. There was none of that awkward sales maneuvering that is no fun for anyone. The price on the new car was ridiculously low because there was a great year-end sale going on, so we didn’t have to negotiate on that at all. We also traded in a rear-wheel drive Lexus IS250. We loved the Lexus so much, but we had it from when we lived in Redondo Beach, and it couldn’t hang in these New Hampshire winters. I had called a handful of Lexus dealers across New England, and none seemed interested in taking the car at all because of the lack of AWD on our model. I even had one sales manager at the Lexus dealer in Manchester tell me flat out “I can’t sell that car. I won’t take it.” So, we turned to Infiniti. The guy appraising our trade-in at Infiniti of Nashua had to make a bunch of phone calls, but finally he found a place to sell our trade-in. In the end they actually gave us a pretty decent price. It was a bit below the Kelley Blue Book price, but at least we didn’t have to ship the Lexus back to California to sell it where it came from. Overall, our experience was easy and enjoyable, and we really liked the folks we met. I would for sure recommend this dealer to a friend. More
I had my service visit and it was flawlessly executed.
