I spent a lot of time researching the right car. This would be my first lease, so I wanted to be prepared, and had a good sense of what a fair deal should look like. Infiniti of Nashua not only offered me the best price (and a very fair price at that), but they did so without pressure and no calls to "come in and meet with us first." No pressure, open and honest negotiation, and no surprises when I did visit the dealership. I'm shocked I did not receive the same courtesies from other dealers. Bottom line: Van and his team were terrific to work with; we negotiated via e-mail; I leased the car in an hour; I drove to another state to lease the car, which should speak to the comfort I had with the dealership; my trade price was extremely fair. I had a good experience working with Van on my new EX35 lease. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car. He was able to answer every question I had. I worked with Geoff on the lease paperwork. He was very up-front with me and was able to answer all of my many questions. He provided me information about ad-ons, but did not pressure me once I had made my decision. The only problem I had with the entire purchase, was when I picked up my car, I took a little drive (because I hadn't driven or seen my actual car) and when I got back, the car went "dead". We found that the battery terminal was completely loose. Van tightened this up for me right away and the car has been perfect ever since. I'm just glad this didn't come loose while I was driving the car home! Overall, communication was great with everyone at the dealership and they made me feel comfortable there. I recently purchased a 2007 G35X. I went there to test drive the car thinking that if we could work a deal and that I loved the car, I would buy it and I did. Not only was this the only Infiniti dealership that seemed to take me seriously over the phone, but they were the only ones who didn't say "just come here in person and we'll work something out". Van, the salesman, was extremely patient and courteous. He was as much a consultant on all my car options as he was a sales representative of this dealership. When we settled on a car (new G37) the prices worked out over the phone were EXACTLY what they were when I finally went to the dealership to sign the paperwork... zero surprises. I am thrilled with my new car and couldn't have had a better experience. I don't care that there are several closer dealerships... this will be where I go for sales from now on. More

I stopped into Infiniti of Nashua on a whim with no intention of buying a new car that day. I was coming off my 3rd BMW lease and wasn't happy with my options moving forward with them. I looked at the EX35 and liked the options, the price, and the long term reliability of the car. As I stood on the lot with my 2 yr old Sean Nicholson came out and told me about the EX35 and how it compared to my X3. At this time he also told me the price and was very helpful about teaching me about the car, even giving me a demo with my iPod. All the while, Sean was unphased by my 2yr. old walking all over the seats. He treated both of us respectfully without being pushy and overly salesy. While he enjoyed the thought of taking business from BMW it never translated into his sales approach. He was helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. There was little haggling necessary on the price which at first was unsettling to me but after further research made me happy. Working with David, the Sales Manager, was quick and easy. He educated me on the different warranty programs available and worked with me on the pricing. Upon delivery the car was spotlessly clean inside and out. Sean was very helpful in explaining the gadgets in the car and setting up the keyless entry options, the navigation, and the iPod. Post sale, Claire was delightful and called to follow up and ensure I was happy with the vehicle and fielded my questions as well as offered her services to help at any time. After having purchased 5 new cars over the last 12 years, from 2 different dealerships, I would say Infiniti of Nashua was the easiest and best buying experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. More

They make the time to fully explain in laymen's terms any issues or potential future issues discovered during my regular service visits. My experiences with Jack Korpi handling my service needs have been phenomenal... he is a rare gem in the auto service world. That's not to say that their other service advisors are not great, too! I have also experienced their excellent customer service skills. Jack just stands out as a truly genuine and caring individual, who always makes me feel like my vehicle is most important. Thanks, Jack! Whenever I call to schedule service, they fit me in as soon as possible... next day service once when I had a dead battery at the end of a work day! My expectations are always met and exceeded when my vehicle is serviced here. Thank you for opening this sales dealership and service department in Nashua! It is so easy to get to and much more convenient for me. I just love my OLD Infiniti. When it's time to replace my vehicle, I will definitely consider another Infiniti. There was no pressure, not too much negotiaiton in price, as we were on the same page from the beginning. We absolutely love our 2008 G35x! It is everything and more than we hoped for. When we took delivery of our new car, Sean was very thorough. He even helped progam my phone to the Bluetooth in the car. Clare, has followed up twice so far with us. She has been very helpful and even willing to all the way to our home to help us with programming phones, garage door openers, radio, etc. This is our first experience with Infiniti and Nashua Infiniti. When we bought our Infiniti, we initially dealt with Van over a period of two years. He was friendly, knowlegeable and always courteous. Claire came to our house to explain the Navigation System.
