This was by far the best experience I have had at any car dealership, ever; and I visit a lot of dealerships when I'm ready to buy. Everything about the experience with Ronnie was excellent from the moment my wife and I walked through the doors. We had absolutely no pressure from Ronnie, and he was always upfront and honest with us. He never tried to pull one over on me by telling me something that just wasn't true (I do TONS of research on many cars all the time). There was no hassle with the new car price or my trade in price. They were fair and friendly. My sale did take a long time that day but I think it was mostly because they were just so busy that day. The car was delivered and promised and the service from Ronnie didn't stop just because I had signed the check for the car already. I highly recommend anyone looking for an Infiniti to head to Nashua and work with Ronnie. Thanks for such a great experience! I was never made to feel bad or like I couldn't afford certain things, and they never judge me or assumed anything. This was absolutely the experience I have always wanted, expected, but never received until now. More

I found Infinity of Nashua to be the easiest dealership to work with I was in the market for an Infinity and I checked around various dealerships. I found Infinity of Nashua to be the easiest dealership to work with! No high pressure, no sales games and most of all no wasting of my time! I dealt with a salesman by the name of Matt Burroughs who I found to be honest, sincere, polite, professional and very helpful, characteristics that are unfortunately very hard to find in the automobile business. Our negotiations went very smoothly were productive and in a short order of time I bought a 2010 Infinity EX 35. I highly recomend anyone interested in an Infinity go there and ask for Matt and you won't be disapointed. I finished the business end of it with Geoff Garden who I also found to be very easy to work with. I am now the happy owner of my first Infinity and look forward to my future relationship with Infinity of Nashua. More
A very friendly, professional and "no pressure" sales experience! We went in knowing pretty much what we wanted and were immediately greeted by Sean Nicholson. Told him that we were interested in a 2010 experience! We went in knowing pretty much what we wanted and were immediately greeted by Sean Nicholson. Told him that we were interested in a 2010 FX35 and he took us over to the one in the show room. He went thru the entire vehicle explaining the features and available options. This was done in a low key, conversational manner with lots of questions and answers back and forth. This just reinforced our thinking on the vehicle and our decision to switch from Lexus. After a test drive we sat down to negotiate price which again was very professional and straight forward. We purchased a fully optioned 2010 FX35 for a very fair price. We got the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted and are really enjoying our new FX. If you are looking for a friendly, knowledgable and highly professional car buying experience with no pressure, we highly recommend that you visit Infiniti of Nashua and ask for Sean!! More

Aside from getting a great deal, we were treated with respect and the shopping experience was amazingly helpful, professional and easy to work with. Aside from getting a great deal, we were treated with respect and the shopping experience was collaborative and not combative. Leasing/buying a car can be daunting, but the entire staff, and especially Sean made the experience fun. They even drove an hour south to pick us up in boston when we turned in our other lease. The car is a dream, the dealer easy to work with and Sean was the best. We will definitely be back at the end of our lease and will tell all our friends about our experience. More

Purchased new QX 56 for a fair price -- Was a demo. The car was deliver un-detailed with staining and needing brake work -- so that was service visit #1. #2 was because airbag systems did not work and the car was deliver un-detailed with staining and needing brake work -- so that was service visit #1. #2 was because airbag systems did not work and the indicator light was blinking. Car is back for service #3 because 24 hrs after 1st fix on airbag, it is not working again and light is again blinking. Very unhappy that in less than 3 weeks, I have been back for service 3 times. Yes. I have had the car less than 3 weeks. Sure...they are friendly and sure they will fit you in...but I did not buy a car here to be their friend and visit 3 times in 3 weeks. I bought a brand new car to have at my disposal -- not to be at their disposal. I would love to have Clair come and help me to learn the systems in the car, but unfortunately, it is back at service and I have no idea when I will see it again. If I had wanted a sedan, which is what the loaner is, I would have purchased one and saved myself 20,000 bucks. Very dissatisfied and disappointing thus far. More
