I arrived at Infinity of Nashua on Sunday afternoon, November the 6th, 2011. It was going to be my last test drive of a thorough vetting of several high performance luxury sedans. I really did not know much about Infinity, but enjoyed the commercials on tv and liked the looks of the cars on the road. I really had no intention of buying an Infinity, until Joe Gindi, Sales Consultant explained the benefits of the brand as compared to the other brands I drove, such as BMW 335 x drive, Audi A4, Mercedes 300C and the Subaru Impreza WRX STI. Joe carefully explained that the purchase experience and service experience would be superior to any other brand as well. Joe said that not only did the Infinity G37x possess more performance for the money, but also had more technological features that I enjoy such as navigation, back-up camera, voice command, iPod integration, premium sound and more. After raising my curiosity, Joe brought me out on a vehicle walk around and test drive. I was thoroughly impressed with Joe's knowledge and passion for the brand. After driving the car, I knew I was in trouble. This car absolutely outperformed all the other models mentioned here in performance and comfort. There was now way of talking myself into going back to any of the other cars in the price range ($37,500 to $45,000) that I was in. I was hooked. When Joe and I got back to the dealership, I spoke a bit with Michael Rice, Internet Sales Manager. Mike was great. He assured me that everything Joe said, and everything I felt about this car was real. A few days later, I took deliver of the car. My only dilemma, was which model to buy; was it the 2011 G37x with beautiful wood trim, or was it the G37xS sport model with more aggressive looks and larger wheels and tires? The Sport it was! Geoff Garden, General Sales Manager was very reassuring on delivery day. He had excellent insight on the brand and this particular car. Geoff assured me that the service after the sale would be top notch. Jonathan Kent, Business Manager was very courteous and knowledgeable. Jon helped me chose a service plan that saved me over 40% on the dealer service package. We also chose an extended warranty and wheel and tire warranty as well. When the car was ready to be picked up, Joe Gindi went through all the features again, so that I would have confidence in the utility of the car. Joe's lessons came in handy the first few days of driving the car. I felt like somewhat of an expert already! Almost forgot; I got to meet Andy, the owner of the dealership. He was humble and grateful for my purchase. He treated me with great respect and congratulated me as I was about to drive away with my new purchase. Oh, did I mention the Infinity, Personal Assistant? 24 hours a day there is someone to make travel arrangements, book restaurant reservations or just answer trivia questions for me! I have impressed my friends with calls to the Personal Assistant already. They can not believe there is such a service, and frankly, neither can I! This is an A rate dealership and an A car automobile. I can't wait to bring the car to Infinity of Nashua’s service department for my first service. My guess…it will be a terrific experience too. The sales team at Infinity of Nashua are top notch. They all possess passion, enthusiasm, class and knowledge of the brand and the auto industry. Bravo, Infinity of Nashua, keep up the great work! I called Infiniti and spoke to Jeff Rocheleau he was very helpful I told him that I will meet him after work when I get out. He was already off of work and stayed till I arrived. Jeff made the test drive very fun and was able to understand what I was looking for and my budget. Jeff did not pressure me to taking out a big loan or buying the car. Ronny Ghannan was also helpful he step in and gave me a great deal. As a single father I was very grateful that they made buying a car so comfortable and easy. They understood my finance and what I could afford. I went with a few friends and they also had a great experience and would buy a car from Infiniti of Nashua. Thank you again. More

Joe did not pressure us into buying a car. When I came in to test drive a car in August I told Joe I would not be purchasing the car until October and that I was undecided between an Infinity and Audi. I did ask Joe to contact me if a red car came on the lot because I wasn't sure what color I wanted. Joe did call to let me know he had a red car on the lot. Joe was very easy going and personable. I liked both the Infinity and the Audi equally but the deciding factor was the overall experience with Infinity! Excellent!!!!!! More

Visited Infiniti of Nashua on three occasions as part of Visited Infiniti of Nashua on three occasions as part of a comprehensive review of several makes of cars I was interested in. Dave Smith was very accommodating in letting me learn about the car I was interested in at my own pace. He was great in answering all of my questions. Ultimately, decided to purchase the G37xS. I solicited internet pricing from other dealers and direct email negotiating with Nashua to get the best price. Infiniti of Nashua was initially about $1400 more than a quote I received from another dealership. Ultimately they worked their offer down to within $200 of my lowest quote. I accepted it in an effort to ensure Dave received credit for his sales efforts. Upon agreement to purchase the car, my wife informed the Sales Manager (via email) that we already had preapproved financing and a check. On pickup day, deal almost fell through as Financial Manager informed us that our “electronic” check would not clear in time (by 31 August) for them to receive their corporate incentive. We could either have pay an extra $1000 dollars or utilize their financing. We would only use our own preapproved financing. We had over a week ahead of our scheduled date to close the deal and avoid this situation. The sales manager either failed in his job knowledge to inform us in advance of a potential problem with electronic checks or was attempting to pressure us at the last minute and pull a “fast one” in an attempt to squeeze more money out of us. We ultimately worked out a solution keeping previously agreed to pricing/financing, but had to wait to take delivery a couple of days later while banks funds made their way into Infiniti of Nashua’s account. Additionally, I ordered accent lighting but was told that it would not be completed (parts on order) by the time I picked up the car on the original (first pickup) date. However, when viewing the Purchase and Sales agreement, the lighting item was included in the overall cost. I asked if it had been completed. I was told yes. I later discovered that it had not been done. I called back to the dealership and was told I had to schedule a time for this installation. Little annoyed that I paid for an item/service that had not been done. Dave was great given all the issues that occurred. He was very accommodating and delivered the car to my house at a time that was convenient for my family. He took the time to go over all aspects of the vehicle. He was also very helpful when I noticed a defect in the chrome on the trunk. He helped me avoid the whole warranty process and got the service department to order a replacement part. Lighting and chrome installation were accomplished during same appointment. He even offered to provide me a guided tour of the service department if I wanted it. Service department was great and loaner was provided for the day. The process would have been excellent except for the actual sales transaction. I would consider Infiniti of Nashua again but I will be more careful in dealing with the sales/financial managers. I would definitely work with Dave again. Btw, love my G37x Sport. More
