I visited this dealership in search of a used Infiniti not sure exactly which model I wanted - it was either the EX or the G series as I needed all wheel drive. Matt took the time with me test driving both of these cars, as well as an M35. I loved all of the cars I drove, but when my husband and I returned to the dealership, we couldn't find exactly what we wanted - a black exterior with a light interior. Matt asked us if we'd ever considered leasing and explained to us how far the leasing programs have come. My husband and I have always purchased our vehicles and the ones we've liked, have kept a long time - and have never bought new! Matt told us about the new G25x, as we really liked the G35x and were prepared to go to another dealer in search of used ones. We found exactly what we wanted on the new car lot - a black G25x with a stone interior - Matt ran the numbers and we were THRILLED with the payment, the required money down, and we signed the paperwork all within two hours. Jeff's sales manager was very professional, as was Matt, and I loved the fact that we never felt pressured! Matt was patient when I was indecisive, and really listened to what we said we wanted. Such an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this dealership - and what beautiful cars!! More

The staff at Infiniti of Nashua were outstanding during my last purchase (1/2011). This is the second car I have purchased from Infiniti of Nashua, and I plan to return to this dealership for my next car my last purchase (1/2011). This is the second car I have purchased from Infiniti of Nashua, and I plan to return to this dealership for my next car purchase. All three of the gentlemen (listed above)worked extensively with me to meet both my budget needs and my comfort needs as a driver. I was presented with a situation during my purchase that was unique to me, and truly needed a "listening ear" to assist in purchasing a car that was perfect for me. After meeting with Mr. Porrier to explain what I was looking for in my next car, he immediately went to work for me and met with his team of professionals (Van and Geoff) and by noon time that very same day, I received not only one call, but three phone calls explaining that they understood what I was looking for - and they would do their best to find a car that would provide all the ammenties I needed - including both comfort and safety that is required in my daily two to three hours of commuting time. Van informed me that they had two vehicles they wanted me to test drive that same evening, and he would be waiting for me in the showroom with additional details, etc. He explained that after Mr. Porrier and he met with all of my information, they had two cars they felt met my specifications (as well as my budget). Van was correct! I test drove two cars that were exactly what I described to the sales staff. The difficult decision I had was, which car to select. The next evening, I continued the process with the business manager Geoff Garden who explained all of the options in a very professional manner. Mr. Garden answered every question with patience, as well as providing a great deal of clarity with all of the required information that is necessary in purchasing a car. Not once did I feel rushed during this process, and it was evident that the time he scheduled to meet with me was truly "my individual time". Once I completed all of the necessary paper work with Mr. Garden, I spent some additional time with Van to answer my last minute questions, etc. before I left the dealership. ** It is important to add that this team of professionals met my long work /day schedule - by meeting with me right up to (and a few minutes after) their scheduled hours. Before Mr. Porrier left (at 8:00 pm) he personally stopped in to Mr. Garden's office to check in with me to make sure that I was both happy and satisfied with my new purchase. I am not new to working with various dealerships, and my experience has shown that it is NOT often that the Sales Manager personally checks in with a customer to make sure everything has gone to one's satisfaction. It happened to me at Infiniti of Nashua. You are NOT just a number with this dealership. They take time to meet with you and get to know your needs as a car owner - and they truly work with you to make your purchase the BEST one for you! It is also important to note that this personalized service continues with their Service Department as well. Again, you are NOT just a number rolling into a service bay. The Service Specialists know you by name and work hard to keep your vehicle in "tip-top" condition. My Service Specialist Gus Wallace is both courteous and professional. He returns calls promptly, and is prepared for my every visit. Just like the sales crew, all of the Service Specialists work with you. If Gus is not available, Jack and his team members have always been there to assist me. I have always received prompt service from the Service Department at Infinti of Nashua. We walked in knowing that we wanted an AWD vehicle. We were greeted upon entering the showroom and allowed to check out the cars. Van spent a perfect amount of time reviewing the features and performance factors. Earlier in the day, I drove SUVs and they were too large and not what I wanted. Van was extremely flexible and was willing to come in on a day off if that was needed. He is knowledgeable, personable and professional. He values his customers and ensures that all of our needs were met. He also took the time to introduce us to the Service Department. We appreciated this. We worked with Geoff on the details of the purchase. He was very professional and the paperwork and sales transaction went quickly. All of my questions were answered. That's why this place has such high ratings, they realize that most of their customer base is well informed and will respect honesty. Wow! I haven't been car shopping in many years and this was a completely new experience for me, nothing short of amazing. Although I had been doing my a lot of research on new cars for the past few months was a completely new experience for me, nothing short of amazing. Although I had been doing my a lot of research on new cars for the past few months and had driven the M37x several times, I thought I would check Infiniti of Nashua because they had an exterior color I couldn't find at other dealers. I looked on dealerrater.com, found a salesman's name (Sean Nicholson), called him, and went in to see him an hour later. The car I wanted to see wasn't on the lot so he went and got it from their warehouse (in Mass). I was able to compare 3 colors on the M37x side-by-side and picked the one I liked the best. Then we went inside where I thought we were going to do battle, complete with good cop-bad cop routines and haggling, but there was not of that. Sean came right out with a price--a large discount off MSRP that easily beats the "great" price listed on Truecar.com and that was well below the listed dealer cost on Truecar.com and in Consumer Reports--and we were done in 30 seconds. Geoff Garden handled the financial side of things. Both guys were great--friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This place is a first class operation. I strongly recommend that you visit Infiniti of Nashua if you are in the market for a new Infiniti. The experience is just outstanding. Great service and low prices? I don't know how they do it, but I am sure glad I got the benefit of both. I don't even have the car and I am writing this review! More
Let me start by saying I live in Ohio. I was looking for a 2003-07 BMW 325xi. I wanted a one owner trade-in, with low miles, and in excellent condition. I found one at Infiniti of Nashua...New Hampshire! I've always been reluctant to purchase a car out of state for obvious reasons. After contacting the dealership via email, I was put in touch with Joe Gindi. He answered the questions I had about the car, and assured me it was in excellent condition both inside and out as well as mechanically. Needing more confirmation, Joe video taped the car, and sent me the link to view it on the internet. This helped a lot in making my decision to pursue buying the car. I flew to Manchester, NH (about 25 miles north of Nashua) on a Friday. Joe picked me up at the airport, and drove me to the dealership. I test drove the car. It was actually in better shape, and drove better than I had anticipated. I closed the deal within about an hour and a half. I made the drive back to Ohio in about 12 hours, and the car drove flawlessly. My only complaint is that they were not willing to budge on the price. Having done plenty of research on the BMW 325xi, I thought the price was fair, but in this economy, who pays asking price for anything? More
