Started my research on both phone and internet. Mike Rice was great to deal with in getting my questions answered and presenting options. When I drove to the dealership on 8-14, I was introduced to Sean Rice was great to deal with in getting my questions answered and presenting options. Right from the beginning I knew I was going to really like leasing a new car from him even tho there are 4 - 5 other Infiniti dealership within an hours radius of me. Deal was made and signed at 10:30 AM and drove out with my beautiful new car at 1PM!!!! Sean made it happen !!! ...and I would go back to this dealership and buy another car from Sean in a heartbeat. I was challenged in finding a vehicle with the appropriate trim and safety options in my home state. I began utilizing the internet to locate the car and was in communication with three dealerships. I chose Infiniti of Nashua because Mike Rice, the internet specialist, was incredibly responsive to my queries and candid and transparent as we came to an accord on pricing and financing. What a refreshing experience!!! I originally started shopping on the internet, viewing different dealerships' websites to see what they had to offer in the way of used vehicles. Based upon my previous shopping on the internet, viewing different dealerships' websites to see what they had to offer in the way of used vehicles. Based upon my previous research from sources like Consumer Reports, I knew the Infiniti lineup offered one of the most reliable and technically advanced vehicles on the road today! Their website was very informative, showing detailed pictures and specifications of the cars I might be interested in. Their internet sales manager Mike Rice offered not only great information but also kept me informed about upcoming specials they were promoting. I decided to "take the plunge" and visit the dealership on Saturday. I was introduced to Sean Nicholson by the Sales Manager and that's where the courteous and professional service continued. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE to buy anything and Sean treated me with respect and was so helpful in explaining all the features and benefits of the G37x...the car I was most interested in. After taking a test drive, I knew that this was the car I wanted. They had exactly what I wanted, right on their lot so we sealed the deal. They offered me a fair price on my trade in which made they purchase price right in the range that I wanted to be in! The great experience continued with Geoff Garden, their business Manager, as we completed the transaction.
