We walked in knowing that we wanted an AWD vehicle. We were greeted upon entering the showroom and allowed to check out the cars. Van worked with us on answering our questions and we went off to test dri were greeted upon entering the showroom and allowed to check out the cars. Van worked with us on answering our questions and we went off to test drive the G37X. I knew it was the right size and style for me. Van spent a perfect amount of time reviewing the features and performance factors. Earlier in the day, I drove SUVs and they were too large and not what I wanted. Van was extremely flexible and was willing to come in on a day off if that was needed. He is knowledgeable, personable and professional. He values his customers and ensures that all of our needs were met. He also took the time to introduce us to the Service Department. We appreciated this. We worked with Geoff on the details of the purchase. He was very professional and the paperwork and sales transaction went quickly. All of my questions were answered. The whole experience was positive. More
I purchased a CPO service loaner G37 from Infiniti of Nashua in October 2010. The negotiations went smoothly and I was very happy with my purchase. The car was in amazing condition and all of the sales p Nashua in October 2010. The negotiations went smoothly and I was very happy with my purchase. The car was in amazing condition and all of the sales people were professional, not pushy. This is key for me, I will walk away from any dealership which has pushy salesmen. That's why this place has such high ratings, they realize that most of their customer base is well informed and will respect honesty. In the long run, I'm sure this dealership makes a lot more money than others by being honest. More
Wow! I haven't been car shopping in many years and this was a completely new experience for me, nothing short of amazing. Although I had been doing my a lot of research on new cars for the past few months was a completely new experience for me, nothing short of amazing. Although I had been doing my a lot of research on new cars for the past few months and had driven the M37x several times, I thought I would check Infiniti of Nashua because they had an exterior color I couldn't find at other dealers. I looked on dealerrater.com, found a salesman's name (Sean Nicholson), called him, and went in to see him an hour later. The car I wanted to see wasn't on the lot so he went and got it from their warehouse (in Mass). I was able to compare 3 colors on the M37x side-by-side and picked the one I liked the best. Then we went inside where I thought we were going to do battle, complete with good cop-bad cop routines and haggling, but there was not of that. Sean came right out with a price--a large discount off MSRP that easily beats the "great" price listed on Truecar.com and that was well below the listed dealer cost on Truecar.com and in Consumer Reports--and we were done in 30 seconds. Geoff Garden handled the financial side of things. Both guys were great--friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This place is a first class operation. I strongly recommend that you visit Infiniti of Nashua if you are in the market for a new Infiniti. The experience is just outstanding. Great service and low prices? I don't know how they do it, but I am sure glad I got the benefit of both. I don't even have the car and I am writing this review! More
Let me start by saying I live in Ohio. I was looking for a 2003-07 BMW 325xi. I wanted a one owner trade-in, with low miles, and in excellent condition. I found one at Infiniti of Nashua...New Hampshire! I' a 2003-07 BMW 325xi. I wanted a one owner trade-in, with low miles, and in excellent condition. I found one at Infiniti of Nashua...New Hampshire! I've always been reluctant to purchase a car out of state for obvious reasons. After contacting the dealership via email, I was put in touch with Joe Gindi. He answered the questions I had about the car, and assured me it was in excellent condition both inside and out as well as mechanically. Needing more confirmation, Joe video taped the car, and sent me the link to view it on the internet. This helped a lot in making my decision to pursue buying the car. I flew to Manchester, NH (about 25 miles north of Nashua) on a Friday. Joe picked me up at the airport, and drove me to the dealership. I test drove the car. It was actually in better shape, and drove better than I had anticipated. I closed the deal within about an hour and a half. I made the drive back to Ohio in about 12 hours, and the car drove flawlessly. My only complaint is that they were not willing to budge on the price. Having done plenty of research on the BMW 325xi, I thought the price was fair, but in this economy, who pays asking price for anything? More
If you live in Mass, I would recommend coming up to Nashua to buy your Infiniti. Our purchasing experience at Infiniti of Nashua was very pleasant, very fair and very professional. Much easier to deal Nashua to buy your Infiniti. Our purchasing experience at Infiniti of Nashua was very pleasant, very fair and very professional. Much easier to deal with this dealership vs. any around Boston. Those guys play crazy games and I wouldn't work with them. Enjoyable experience - more so than BMW and Acura. Very happy with my FX35. This was by far the most professional dealership I have experienced in my 50 plus years of buying or leasing cars. Michael Rice the Internet Manager & his staff were 100% prompt with both my inquiries and experienced in my 50 plus years of buying or leasing cars. Michael Rice the Internet Manager & his staff were 100% prompt with both my inquiries and my questions. We negiotated a price and the dealership did not deviate from the agreed upon price. Sean Nicholson-their Sales person- was absolute outstanding & the essence of Customer Relations and consistently exceeded my high expectations. That same customer focus was clearly evident when I met with their Financial person and later with Gus Wallace their service advisor. All-in all Infiniti of Nashua deserves -on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being high) a 10. I will definitely return to Nashua Infiniti again. This is now my 2nd Infinity from Nashua Infinity. I bought my 2007 G35 from Infiniti of Nashua. Last year I sourced a new EX for my cousin. I also got an other friend into a new G37. I bought a new EX myself last week. That's a lot of Infinitis in thre I sourced a new EX for my cousin. I also got an other friend into a new G37. I bought a new EX myself last week. That's a lot of Infinitis in three years and you'd think the dealer would want to work with you. I left a deposit with this dealer last fall because they said they found a new EX equipped how we wanted (wrong color though) at another dealer and needed the deposit in order to go ahead and get it sent to them. I gave them the deposit. They then said they couldn't get that car and I asked them to look around some more. Meanwhile, i called every Infiniti dealer in New England and found the exact EX we wanted color, options, everything at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough for around $500 less than at Nashua. I still was willing to work with Nashua because I wanted to support an NH company and because their service advisor Gus Wallace is excellent. He helped me out a lot with finding a good body shop when I had an accident. I was very disappointed when Sean Nicholson called me and said he looked everywhere and couldn't find the EX equipped how we wanted but he could put us in one that was better equipped (i.e., more expensive). I took him at his word that the car was not available and told him I was not interested and asked him to return the deposit and gave him my credit card number. He called me back an hour later because after a futile effort all weekend, he all of a sudden found the car I wanted (still wrong color) when I asked for my deposit back. He immediately lost all credibility with me and I decided there was no way I would buy a car from someone who was trying to play me for a fool. How come he only found the car after i asked for my money back? I was very disappointed by such blatant dishonesty. I was also very disappointed that when I reviewed my credit card statements a few months later and saw the deposit had still not been returned. it took several weeks and multiple calls to Sean and the F&I guy to get my money back. This year I wanted a new EX so I went back to Nashua because it's important to me to support local NH business and because I like their service department. I told the guy I had five minutes, wanted a new 2010 EX with all the options and the best price he could give. I had my checkbook in the glove compartment of my G and as ready to do the deal and pay for the car there and then. I don't remember the name of the dealer I spoke with but he was one of those guys who is very patronizing to women and he fed me a bunch of nonsense like "we don't usually show invoices to customers." I guess he though I was too stupid to go on Edmunds.com and look it up myself. Does anyone really think invoice prices are a secret? Nashua did not give me a very good price and were quite patronizing. It amazing how many car dealers seem to think women customers are uninformed. I bought my brand new EX later that day from Anthony Carlino at Herb Chambers Westborough. It's not too bad a distance from NH and their service is outstanding. they treat customers respectfully and the prices are out of this world. Also, they will deliver your car to NH so you don't have to worry about paying MA taxes. I love Infinitis and will passionately recommend them to friends looking for a new car. They're the best value out there! I also think Gus Wallace at Infiniti of Nashua is an amazing service advisor and recommend him highly. I won't bother with Infiniti of Nashua when it's time to buy my next Infiniti and I will actively steer people to Westborough. They know how to take care of customers with honesty and respect. More
We were looking to trade our mini van in for a SUV.After looking and dealing with many dealerships throughout the Manchester and Concord area,we decided to give Infiniti of Nashua a try. Joe Gindi was very looking and dealing with many dealerships throughout the Manchester and Concord area,we decided to give Infiniti of Nashua a try. Joe Gindi was very helpful, pleasant to deal with, very personable, and definitely not pushy. We loved the way the QX56 looked , the price, the way it drove and the trade in offer for the mini van. We have had our new QX56 now for almost 2 weeks and we are very happy we bought it.So far the dealership and the service department has been a great experience compared to the last dealership we dealt with for the last 4 years. My first Infiniti was a used vehicle and I LOVED that car so when it was time to replace it I knew I wanted another. I thought I would purchase a used vehicle and did my homework online before heading out to so when it was time to replace it I knew I wanted another. I thought I would purchase a used vehicle and did my homework online before heading out to look at Infinit's in the area. I braced myself to go to a dealer...I am not partial to the dickering and double-speak we've experienced in the past. What a pleasant experience at Infiniti of Nashua! My husband and I were introduced to Sean, who was friendly, informative and professsional--no pressure. The service was certainly better than we expected. Sean knows his cars and we felt we were getting accurate answers to our questions. We were given a fair price for our old I30 and bought a new 2010 G37X. Geoff walked me through the sale and Sean showed us all the bells and whistles on the car--I was purchasing the car, my husband was just along for the ride. What a ride. (Yes, I do let him drive it.)
