Just a note about the service at Infiniti of Nashua which we have enjoyed since 2006. When we made the move from a Lexus to an M35X, we met the team of Gus, Jack and Dale. We originally thought the Lexus service was impressive but it does not come close to the care we have received from the team at Nashua Infiniti. They have provided us with the best personal service as well as maintaining our cars. They are not only the service team for our cars but also have become friends. This type of personal service will keep us loyal to Nashua Infiniti. More

In 2003 I purchased a 1998 Infiniti Q45 with 85,000 miles. My vehicle is now approaching 275,000 miles and all of the service work has been done by Dale and his team at Infiniti of Nashua. And as far as great customer service is concerned one could not do better than dealing with Jack Korpey. While he really knows the Infiniti product line I believe that Jack's best attribute is his ability to work with the customer and make the whole customer service experience a pleasant and productive one. In summary I am extremely pleased with Infiniti of Nashua and I will continue to work with Jack, Dale, and their service team. More

Sean was not your typical salesman. He was genuinely friendly. He was knowledgeable and well informed. He knew his product inside and out. He also was well informed about other vehicles we were compa friendly. He was knowledgeable and well informed. He knew his product inside and out. He also was well informed about other vehicles we were comparing prior to deciding on which car to purchase. He was attentive, but NOT pushy. We were allowed, and encouraged to roam at our own pace. I hate to be followed around. He made sure upon delivery that we truly knew all the functions of our vehicle and were comfortable using them. The car was clean. All items promised were delivered. I was told to see him if I had any issues in the future, and I felt he meant it. As we were test driving one day, a woman passed who had obviously bought a car in the past. She went out of her way to see Sean. He engaged with her, and knew her name after the fact. Not often heard of. I have bought at least 12 new cars in the past and have never seen such a thing. Sales manager is very friendly and explained everything to us up-front. We leased a 2011 G25 which seems to be getting great reviews and is a far better deal then what BMW and Lexus was offering. I visited this dealership in search of a used Infiniti not sure exactly which model I wanted - it was either the EX or the G series as I needed all wheel drive. Matt took the time with me test driving both of these cars, as well as an M35. I loved all of the cars I drove, but when my husband and I returned to the dealership, we couldn't find exactly what we wanted - a black exterior with a light interior. Matt asked us if we'd ever considered leasing and explained to us how far the leasing programs have come. My husband and I have always purchased our vehicles and the ones we've liked, have kept a long time - and have never bought new! Matt told us about the new G25x, as we really liked the G35x and were prepared to go to another dealer in search of used ones. We found exactly what we wanted on the new car lot - a black G25x with a stone interior - Matt ran the numbers and we were THRILLED with the payment, the required money down, and we signed the paperwork all within two hours. Jeff's sales manager was very professional, as was Matt, and I loved the fact that we never felt pressured! Matt was patient when I was indecisive, and really listened to what we said we wanted. Such an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this dealership - and what beautiful cars!! More
