Our experience was very good, just short of great. Infiniti is a premium brand and their pricing is commensurate, but they also delivered an appropriate experience. I purchased my G35X three years ago and the sales experience was great but what has realy made an impression on me has been the service. The staff schedules the drop off time so I never have to wait, the car is always ready when promised and the car is always washed and the interior cleaned. They provide detailed information on the work done and the status on wear items like tires and brakes. You can be confident that only the work that is needed is being done. My car still runs like new. More

I found Sean nicholson to be very straightforward, exceptionally hard working and knowledgeable about his dealer's cars. Just a note about the service at Infiniti of Nashua which we have enjoyed since 2006. When we made the move from a Lexus to an M35X, we met the team of Gus, Jack and Dale.
