Visited Infiniti of Nashua on three occasions as part of Visited Infiniti of Nashua on three occasions as part of a comprehensive review of several makes of cars I was interested in. Test drove the G37x Visited Infiniti of Nashua on three occasions as part of a comprehensive review of several makes of cars I was interested in. Test drove the G37x. Dave Smith was very accommodating in letting me learn about the car I was interested in at my own pace. He was great in answering all of my questions. Ultimately, decided to purchase the G37xS. I solicited internet pricing from other dealers and direct email negotiating with Nashua to get the best price. Infiniti of Nashua was initially about $1400 more than a quote I received from another dealership. Ultimately they worked their offer down to within $200 of my lowest quote. I accepted it in an effort to ensure Dave received credit for his sales efforts. Upon agreement to purchase the car, my wife informed the Sales Manager (via email) that we already had preapproved financing and a check. On pickup day, deal almost fell through as Financial Manager informed us that our “electronic” check would not clear in time (by 31 August) for them to receive their corporate incentive. We could either have pay an extra $1000 dollars or utilize their financing. We would only use our own preapproved financing. We had over a week ahead of our scheduled date to close the deal and avoid this situation. The sales manager either failed in his job knowledge to inform us in advance of a potential problem with electronic checks or was attempting to pressure us at the last minute and pull a “fast one” in an attempt to squeeze more money out of us. We ultimately worked out a solution keeping previously agreed to pricing/financing, but had to wait to take delivery a couple of days later while banks funds made their way into Infiniti of Nashua’s account. Additionally, I ordered accent lighting but was told that it would not be completed (parts on order) by the time I picked up the car on the original (first pickup) date. However, when viewing the Purchase and Sales agreement, the lighting item was included in the overall cost. I asked if it had been completed. I was told yes. I later discovered that it had not been done. I called back to the dealership and was told I had to schedule a time for this installation. Little annoyed that I paid for an item/service that had not been done. Dave was great given all the issues that occurred. He was very accommodating and delivered the car to my house at a time that was convenient for my family. He took the time to go over all aspects of the vehicle. He was also very helpful when I noticed a defect in the chrome on the trunk. He helped me avoid the whole warranty process and got the service department to order a replacement part. Lighting and chrome installation were accomplished during same appointment. He even offered to provide me a guided tour of the service department if I wanted it. Service department was great and loaner was provided for the day. The process would have been excellent except for the actual sales transaction. I would consider Infiniti of Nashua again but I will be more careful in dealing with the sales/financial managers. I would definitely work with Dave again. Btw, love my G37x Sport. More

We quickly arrived at a great price, a fair trade, and all done QUICKLY. There is nothing worse than agonizing over a few hundred dollars difference. Traded in my Volvo wagon for a 2006 Infinity M35X. Salesman (Matt) very knowledgable and listen to my needs. He worked a great deal, as did the manager to make put me in this car. Price was outstanding so...of course I had some reservations. You know...if it's to good to be true...Anyway, had one some problem with brakes. Called Matt, he set up an appt with service. They fixed the brakes, provided me a loaner car,all at no cost. Vehicle looks awesome, runs awesome as were the people and service. More
In our past experiences, buying a new car was as bad as going to the dentist. We came back to Infiniti of Nashua since it was our previous purchase and my wife was very satisfied with the comfort and qual going to the dentist. Joe Gindi was our salesman throughout the buying process and we could not have asked for a more professional salesman who in the end went above and beyond to get us the best possible value for our purchase of a new G37X. Credit is also due to Geoff, the Sales Manager, who supported Joe throughout and was always available when Joe was out. Dave Smith was our salesman. He was helpful and informative. I've been in sales & marketing for over 15 yrs and he brought just the right level of sales to the experience, wasn't too aggressive or informative. That experience went well, what has not gone well is the post sale. Afer a few weeks of driving the vehicle we realized we hadn't received the insurance information. In speaking with the insurance company they said they never received the binder and that the car was not insured!!! There is an issue with the payoff for our trade between dealerships and we are left in limbo with our credit taking a hit because we keep receiving invoices for the car we traded in... saying we're defaulting on the loan for the car we don't even have anymore... We've spoken to Infiniti of Nashua several times to gain help and documents to clear this up and still waiting... In the world of customer service... statistics show that customer's care more about how the company responds to the error than the actual error.... More
My recent purchase of an Infiniti G25x had to be the easiest, most up-front, no-pressure automobile purchase I have ever made. I was led to Infiniti of Nashua through Consumer Reports build and price and IoN had the best price for the car I wanted. The deal was straight all the way through, from test drive to trade appraisal through final purchase. I would also like to mention that this group went the extra mile for me as I had a family medical emergency come up in the midst of the transaction. They put a full-court press to get the car ready ahead of schedule without missing a beat on what was already a high quality experience. All of this and, without bias, among the best vehicles on the market today. Jeff is an exceptional sales professional in every sense of the word.
