After some bad experiences with other dealers in the past, I must say we headed into Infinity of Nashua feeling kind of skittish. I had an enjoyable experience buying a Lexus RX 330 from Infiniti of Nashua. Mike Pepper was very accommodating through out the whole buying process. I live 1 hour away and I went up their 3 times in one week. Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Mike and I were in constant contact making sure the paperwork went smoothly and that I could stay on schedule of picking up the car this past Friday. I was a stress ball until I talked to him and he was always reassuring. all my phone calls were answered even when there were five in one day. So most of the negotiating had to be done over the phone so we didn't have to make two trips. The other obstacle was taking in our trade and still staying in budget, which they did. I did my homework looking for a '09 G37x Sedan..right down to color. I noticed that one of theirs was pretty agressively priced and asked if anything was wrong with it.
