So most of the negotiating had to be done over the phone so we didn't have to make two trips. The other obstacle was taking in our trade and still staying in budget, which they did. We arrived early on saturday and Sean greeted us at the door.(Always nice to be greeted) We took the car for a nice test drive in various locations. I did my homework looking for a '09 G37x Sedan..right down to color. I noticed that one of theirs was pretty agressively priced and asked if anything was wrong with it. They informed me that they were trying to move it to make room for new inventory and the car was still under partial warranty. I struck a deal with Mike Pepper, who was extremely easy and accomodating, and we signed papers with Geoff Garden the next day( they detailed and serviced the car for me). If you are in the market for an Infiniti and don't stop here, you are making a big mistake, They are courteous and make the car buying process a piece of cake ( and no, I'm not related to any of them nor have they paid me to sing their praises).. I had a car that was in poor/fair condition that I needed to do something about. I wanted to trade it for something I would enjoy driving but still had a reasonable price tag. After looking for quite some ti to do something about. I wanted to trade it for something I would enjoy driving but still had a reasonable price tag. After looking for quite some time I stumbled upon a reasonably priced 04 G35. I was dreading trading my car for I knew I was going to lose money on it. I was also under the impression the sales rep would treat me poorly for trying to trade my car for the one I wanted. This couldn't be further from the truth. Now enters Sean Nicholson, I called the dealership to ensure the vehicle was still there and I spoke directly with Sean. I informed him of the condition of my vehicle and he didn't even hesitate in letting me know he could make a deal I could live with. After hearing this I was excited and immediately headed to the dealership. Upon arriving Sean somehow knew I was the man who called and he greeted me mere seconds after I walked through the door. We began by looking at my vehicle. As I said there was some damage to the vehicle but Sean saw past that and was ready to continue with our deal. So we went for a test drive and I was sold. Once we returned we began working out the financial aspect. Geoff Garden was the Business Manager in charge of getting me financed. He worked very hard to get the credit union to accept me for the loan. The credit union we worked with had a few roadblocks we had to get past but Geoff's diligence and persistence got past all of them. To summarize Sean and Geoff are both great assets to the Infiniti of Nashua team. They both treated me with dignity and respect throughout the entire process. They both worked very hard to ensure I got the vehicle I wanted at an agreeable price in a reasonable amount of time. I intend to keep my current vehicle for a few years but I will return to Infiniti of Nashua to purchase my next vehicle. Above all of this I will recommend Infiniti of Nashua to anybody and everybody I know and will meet in the future. My one suggestion is to ask for Sean Nicholson and Geoff Garden to ensure you have a similar experience to my own. More

Markos was incredibly helpful. I had called checking the availability of the car the day before, and he offered to make a video of the interior of the car (I had previously journeyed to view a few cars with availability of the car the day before, and he offered to make a video of the interior of the car (I had previously journeyed to view a few cars with impeccable exterior pictures, but upon arrival they were torn and scratched on the inside). That night Markos took a video highlighting not only the good areas of the car, but also any potential issues. He was nice enough to make sure I did not make the 2hr drive thinking the used car was flawless. Upon arrival my at the dealership, Markos got the car out of the showroom and ready to drive. I appreciated this because the car was a large investment for me, and he did not question my ability to afford it unlike other dealerships. Overall the he was incredibly helpful and informative and helpful. Since my purchase Markos has continued to make himself available for any questions I may have.. All said and told, from arrival to driving home the process took maybe 4hrs. That is an amazingly fast turn around! The only slight (and it is a minor one) was the price negotiation.. I bought a 09 car with GPS nav. The car had the older navigation software update, and I asked for the update. Instead of providing the service, they offered to do it but charge the standard mechanic rate. I even said I would pay the $150 cost for the software, and just wanted the $50 install fee waived, but that was a non-starter. Besides that the price was fair and in the lower third of the market. We traveled over 3 hours to make a purchase with Infiniti of Nashua. Markos was fantastic to work with! Honest, up front, no pressure, a breath of fresh air that car sales needs. Markos took an amazing amount of time to ensure I found the perfect car for me, such a pleasure to have when shopping for such a big purchase..Kudos Markos!! That was the sale piece of our experience,the rest of the experience was far less than acceptable. On my second 3 hour trip back to pick up my car, I had the awful pleasure of dealing with Ronnie for the finance piece of the transaction. Ronnie was all about getting out of work and going home. His first comments to me after I drove 3 hours after a full work day; " Let's make this quick, we both know we want to go home" ! What kind of sales organization has a person like Ronnie collecting the actual "cash" for the transaction?? As a 22 year veteran in sales I would say Ronnine needs a lesson in good manners and appreciation for the business walking through the dealership doors. What a nose dive of an experience from what I had received from Markos. Because "Ronnie" was too important to take care of my needs as a valued customer, it took a week to get my registration via e-mail (this must have been my fault for getting to the delaership near the end of his shift). When my insurance company contacted the dealership to assist with the matter, they received the same type of response that Ronnie delivered, attitude and non-appreciation of the person walking through the dealership doors. I feel bad for the good people working at Infiniti of Nashua, both Markos and Geoff Garden were amazing people to interact with during our experience. But the bad taste remains in my mouth, the last impression is the lasting impression thanks to the shortfall in customer service when closing the deal. More
Good overall experience. We knew what we wanted and Joe helped us get close enough to make the deal. Unfortunately some delays in communication led to us not being able to pick up the car when expected. Bu helped us get close enough to make the deal. But we did end up with better financing through the dealer and were able to pick it up two days later with the remote starter installed, so it all balanced out. More
I am from the Hartford, CT area. After going to my local Infinity dealers I was not able to get the car I wanted for what I felt was a reasonable price. Using Cars.com, Edmunds.com and this website, I decided to make the trip to NH. I contacted the dealership and made an appointment with Markos for a Thursday night. I gave an approximate time of arrival and set off after work. This particular night happened to be during a small snowstorm. I called Markos to let him know I would be running late and he said no problem. When I got to the dealership, the car had been cleared of snow and already warmed up and waiting. I was able to take the car for a test drive and test out the AWD in the snow. When we got back to the dealership we were able to quickly settle on a fair and reasonable price. Within 20 minutes I had negotiated and place a deposit on the car for a pick up two days later. When I went to pick up the car everything was all set and ready to go. Signing paper work and getting out the door only took about an hour. During the entire process I was treated with respect and any and all questions I had were answered. Markos was a very knowledgeable salesman and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase from this dealership. This dealership, unlike other car dealerships I have been to, doesn't like to play games. I told them my price based on all of the info available on the internet and we agreed very quickly. This is one of the reasons why I purchased from here. In the future, I am going to by pass my local dealship and go here first. More
This was my first time working with this dealership for the purchase of a very nice used Honda. The salesperson, Markos, was great about communicating via email and the web, and went above and beyond to assist with my requests. His manager, Barry, was also friendly, courteous, and helpful. The dealership itself is, of course, beautiful and has an artful touch to its displays of both new and used Infinity cars. They have incredibly high standards there...on all the details. Their Infinity line is elegant and they also take enormous care with their Used Infinity cars; and for those in this market, these cars are pristine. Although I was not in the market for an Infinity, I feel fortunate to have purchased a Honda through this dealership and confident in recommending them. 5 stars. More
