I bought a pre-owned EX35. Matt was great in running numbers for me and also allowing me to choose a car at my own pace. The sales experience was great and I would recommend it to anyone. After i bought the vehicle, there was a problem that I found on the way home with the telescoping steering column. I called Matt and he said to bring the vehicle back and they would fix it at no cost. Unfortunately, after they fixed it, I noticed my iPad was missing from the vehicle. I called Matt and he made his general manager aware of the problem. I was told that unfortunately, my only course of action would be to file a report with the Nashua police (I live in southern Massachusetts). I did so. It was unfortunate that such a positive sales experience was overshadowed by my experience with service. This is NOT a negative reflection on the sales team; they were very friendly and courteous. I found a used 2006 BMW 325Ci convertible online. It was located at Infinity of Nashua. Within minutes of an inquiry a video of the car had been emailed to me by Mark Pournaras. It was very thorough showing all angles of the car, inside and out, as well as pointing out features and imperfections. I called the dealership and spoke to Sean Nicholson, learned the car was still on the lot, and promptly went in to take it for a drive. Sean was friendly, earnest, and forthcoming about the car as well as the pricing policy at Infinity for used cars. He had the car fax report up on his desktop as we returned. Having done my homework I found that the offered price was considered on the cusp of a "great" price. We started the paperwork on return to the dealership. On return the next day for pick up of my coveted convertible I was kept waiting for 15-20 minutes but then efficiently went through the necessary paperwork with Geoff Garden. When escorted out to MY car I found that the tire pressure sensor (the only issue of concern after the test drive) had been reset due to the tires having been replaced. Sean told me that a call to the BMW shop for instructions was required. No one tried to hide the fact that the Infinity guys are not experts on BMWs. Having recently had a "typical" bad experience at a local used car dealership I appreciated the integrity of this dealership. I would recommend Infinity of Nashua and Sean Nicholson to friends and family without hesitation. More

Unfortunately my experience was terrible. The dealership took money out of my account without permission because I was trying to locate an original title for our trade. We were initially told by Geoff Garden that if we could not find the original that we just needed to bring the application to the dealership, which we did. Because it was a holiday week we were a day late according to the dealership. I sent an email communicating the information prior to the apparent deadline. Instead they took 1000.00 out of my account without permission. The initial transaction for the sale was not pleasant either. The staff was very disrespectful and I was treated poorly as if a female cannot effectively work through a sale discussion. I would never purchase from Infinity in Nashua and will be sure to communicate my experience locally to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. I am very disappointed. More
I have worked with Glenn "Gus" Wallace at Infiniti of Nashua service for 10 vehicles since 2006. I have to admit, due to a friend who is a GM of sales at another Infiniti dealer, the vehicle Infiniti of Nashua service for 10 vehicles since 2006. I have to admit, due to a friend who is a GM of sales at another Infiniti dealer, the vehicles were not purchased in Nashua. But due to the location of this dealer, Nashua was the most convenient service dealer for us. To his credit, Gus NEVER made us feel as though we were not true customers of Nashua. He was always friendly, accomodating, knowledgable, and just an all around nice person who was there to help. I could not imagine going to any other dealer for service. Sadly, I have now learned that Gus is no longer with Nashua. I do not know the details of his departure, but Nashua has lost a great assest in Gus and will be hard pressed to replace his level of commitment and customer service. He will be greatly missed. More

After looking around online for several weeks for the right low mileage pre-owned Subaru Legacy, I decided to take a Saturday morning to go down to Infiniti of Nashua to check out one that they had adver right low mileage pre-owned Subaru Legacy, I decided to take a Saturday morning to go down to Infiniti of Nashua to check out one that they had advertised. I first contacted the dealership via email on Friday afternoon, and within an hour I had a response, not only letting me know that the vehicle was still available, but giving me a good deal of info about its history. I got there Saturday morning and was greeted by Matt Burroughs who showed me directly to the car that I was looking for, and although it was a Subaru rather than an Infiniti, he showed a great deal of knowledge about both the Legacy in general, and the specific car I was looking at. After looking over the car thoroughly and taking a test drive encompassing highway driving, rural roads (read pot holes), and stop and go traffic back in town, we went into the dealership to discuss terms (trade value, down payment, sale price, etc.). I was happy with both the value that they were able to give me for my trade and the end price on the new Subaru. I was approved for credit in practically no time, and went upstairs into the business office to finish the transaction with Geoff Garden, the business. He was very informative about all of the different products and services that they were able to offer, without being pushy about any of them. Within about half an hour we had printed and signed all of the paperwork, and I was the proud new owner of a great pre-owned car! I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family looking for a no-hassle car buying experience and also a good deal. More
