I came to dealer 1 year ago to buy my Infiniti. They were very good to me during sales time. They told me that every time I came for service, they will make sure that I will be given a loaner vehicle. Very very good to me during sales time. Very sweet words were placed about their maintance plan and I was informed that all the maintainence work will be covered. So I bought the maintainence plan from them, very happy and excited to get new Infiniti. Now comes the service and this is where u gonna spend all the time once u buy the car. Service personal including Amanda is very sweet lady, no hard feelings to them but the system is totally bad. Even if u call them early that u r coming to drop ur vehicle and need loaner, they will not give it to you as per their system they do not give loaner for servicing, in contrast to all luxury vehicle service. Next thing, I had maintenance plan and I was happy that all the service as required by the company will be covered as explained while buying the car but I felt like they cheated me when I was informed they only oil change, tire rotation is covered. No major work as required in 15,000 miles and 30,000 miles and so on are not covered. So I decided to get my money back that I purchased to get elite maintenance plan. And as per contract they can not give the money back to me and only to bank. Once bank take the money I am sure they will put it in interest and I am in loss what so ever. I did go to talk to Ronnie and he was the most rude person I have ever met from car industry. It's not only important to get car from good dealer but to find out how good are they during service appointment. As car sales man they are good but they scam you with kind words that you will be provided with loaner for every maintenance and elite maintenance plan will cover everything. Even you buy car from them plz do not get maintenance plan. More

Instead I had only a few moments to decide on something important. If the plans are a value then there should be no reason not to inform customers when they first come in to discuss leasing. The culture at Infiniti of Nashua is clearly customer centered. Everyone from the receptionist through the opsalesman through the sales managers and through service division did everything possible to ma centered. However, on the day we picked up the car at business managers office, I was uncomfortable with additional sales effort for tires, maintenance, etc... Also, I do not understand why they need to be purchased at that moment. The new customer could be given a package of time-limited offers and coverage, and allowed reasonable time to think about these (for example 4 weeks). I get skeptical about the value of a purchase if it is pushed to me with "buy it or loose it" attitude. I would still consider these offers if they are provided to me in writing, and I am allowed 4 weeks to decide. You may contact me via the customer contact information in your files. More
Found Infinti of Nashua on the internet. Emailed back and fourth with Markos for a few weeks before finding the time to get there in person. The emails were always informative and helpful. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted warmly by Markos and introduced to Michael our salesman. Michael asked us several questions to find out what we were looking for. We were interested in the fx35. We took a test drive shorty there after and fell in love with the car. Infinity had some really great lease offers so we went for it. The dealer needed 24 hours to detail the car but it was worth it. The car was beyond perfect. The paperwork was a breeze with Geoff, no surprises. Ronnie made sure we were very pleased as well. Would definitely recommend this dealer. More
