This was after they tried to pull a bait and switch on me. When I placed a review on this site they immediately reversed their position and gave me the deal without all the nonsense. I met with Joe who seemed annoyed about the review and asked that if I was satisfied that I remove the negative review! That was a mistake! Came in over the weekend already having secured financing and I couldn't get a straight answer from them. How much is the car?? Well if you finance through us and over this amount of time you will pay this.. I am pretty good at math and the shady tactics used by used car dealers I just didn't you would see it here. Again! And the hidden fees they try to pass on is just plain robbery! How do they determine the administrative fees? delivery fee's, transfer fees... It goes on and on.. I finally just walked out. I wonder how many other bad reviews have been negotiated away at this dealership? More

Let me start by saying I am currently leasing an Infiniti and am happy with the brand itself. What I am not happy with is the poor business practices of Nashua Infiniti. I recently came to the dealership looking for a replacement lease. I started working with the salesman Matt L. We went over the different options and picked out a vehicle that fit into what I was looking for. Matt broke out the old 4 square piece of paper they use to show you all the different payment options. So far all is well. Then I was hit with the we need a security deposit to continue the paperwork and to hold the car. I told the salesman we were looking at other cars and and at this time could not put down a deposit. Over the next few days I received call after call pressuring me to put down a security deposit. Next I was contacted by Matt the sales manager who again tried to get me to put down the security deposit. I told him we were not sure what we were doing with the car. Our Conan was that the payments would be going up a little. He stated he wasn't going to lose a sale over a few dollars and agreed to keep payments the same with 475 dollar security deposit. I told him I wanted him to make sure before we gave him any money we would be approved. He said he would check and get right back to me. After waiting two hours I called him back. I was told he had gone home for the day. The next day I get another call from Matt L. Again he wants me to put down a security deposit. This time however joe the new car manager is on the call and tells me like the other two they needed a security deposit to proceed with any paperwork. Today I get a call from Matt L again saying now they needed $1000.00 security deposit!!! He told me again they could not proceed without it. I told him we were told by his sales manager the deposit was 475. I contacted a friend who is in car sales and he told me there is never a reason why you should ever put down a deposit! I told Matt L this and he stated it was an Infiniti of nashua policy to require a deposit to proceed with even the credit application. Several hours later and after I refused to place down a deposit I get a call saying they did a preliminary credit check and decided it was not worth submitting. More

Worst decision ever!I am still waiting for an owners manual as well as a cargo liner as promised. ( and it is not what I had requested)It has taken numerous calls including a call to the GM, & I still do not have theses items. My salesman Dan was nice enough however knew nothing about the product. I knew more than him from owning one prior to this purchase. I also had numerous other issues, secondary to lack of communication. When purchasing a car of this caliber you expect a certain level of customer service which was lacking to say the least. I would never ever recommend this dealership. More

I had met Mark P the sale consultant, very nice guys, down to earth w/ the customers, explained every details, willing to spend more times when I have any question. I decided to purchase 2010 G37 coup with the fair price that wanted to get and two yrs later I went back to Mark to purchase the brand new 50S 2014 with very excellence off. He helped me all ways tel I pull the car out of the dealer. He's has a great personality and make customers satisfaction. More

After I had gotten over the dread of car sh I am not a frequent car buyer. I have had the same car for quite some time, and was comfortable with it. After I had gotten over the dread of car shopping, I decided it was time to upgrade to a newer, used car and am very happy I ended up in the good hands of Inifiniti of Nashua. I had originally gone to Tulley of Manchester. They had a vehicle I was interested in, however, emails and phone calls went unanswered until I finally received a introductory response. Then...nothing but an email stating to "just come in" even though I was asking basic questions about a vehicle that any salesman should have been able to answer. Like you, I wanted a few things clear about the product before taking time off of work to stop in. Then, I was looking online, and I found an Infiniti that I really liked. I called, and their Sales Manager Matt Burroughs was there right away to answer my questions about what cars they had in stock, made recommendations that weren't upsells, and basically just sounded like he was very knowledgable about cars in addition to being personable. I came in, settled on a couple test drives, and ended up finding the perfect vehicle after taking my time. Their staff was incredibly professional and well established yet everyone got along, just a very comfortable atmosphere. Matt introduced me to Hugh who took me on one of the test drives, and at the same time, gave me a crash course on the nuances of Infiniti I was purchasing, which was very appreciative and helpful (it snowed heavily the very next day, and I had gotten stuck in 8 inches of powder. Although the car has awd and variable traction control, he had showed me how to turn off the VTC less than 24 hours before hand. Without that little piece of info that he knew was important, I probably wouldn't have seen the small button and ended up spinning my tires until all I had left was a set of baloney skins for tires) Their finance manager Chris gave me no reason to put up a defense in the finance office. Again, very knowledgable, and provided me with guidance instead of sales tactics or pushing excessive warranties. Everything was exactly as it should have been and the only thing better than the service, was the price. I would recommend Infiniti of Nashua to my mother. The confidence in their brand, their product knowledge and just good hiring practices make them the best dealership that I have ever dealt with. They're a winning team and I will absolutely be purchasing again from them in the future. More

I bought a used 2011 G37X back in April 2013, it had a couple of defects but overall the car is awesome. Matt Burroughs was absolutely wonderful and Russell Smith. Great place to do business. Just recent couple of defects but overall the car is awesome. Matt Burroughs was absolutely wonderful and Russell Smith. Great place to do business. Just recently I notice the door handles on the passengers side look like the paint was wearing so I called them up and they told me to bring the car in so they can look at it. So i did and they gave me a loaner and said the would get back to me that day. I was hoping that it would be covered under my warranty but when the service dept. called me back they said that it was not covered. I was so upset because it looked like xxxx and the paint should not wear off after only two years old. So they told me to talk to the manager and see what they can do, so I did, I talked to Joe Gindi, first he told me that there was nothing they could do, but then he called me back and said that they would fix it for me, I was so happy, I would definitely recommend them and do business with Infinity of Nashua again. Thank you so much Joe, Matt & Russ. Mandy G. More
I purchased a used 2008 QX56 from Infiniti of Nashua after finding it online. The vehicle was everything they said it was and they went the extra mile to pick me up at the airport to bring me back to g after finding it online. The vehicle was everything they said it was and they went the extra mile to pick me up at the airport to bring me back to get it. Both Eric and Matt were very helpful in giving me the details and photos about the vehicle so I felt very comfortable working with them from out of state. Best part. I purchased a used Infiniti from a Infiniti dealer. This way they will be sure that they know EVERYTHING about the vehicle you are purchasing. I had some others out there that were similar to this but they were from used car lots. Knowing that I was going to have to fly to get the vehicle, I felt much more comfortable going to Infiniti of Nashua instead of some used car lot somewhere. Buying from a used car lot near your home is fine but buying used out of state with just pictures requires a dealer of that vehicle. More
My experience with this dealership was a pleasure from the beginning. I was able to look at the cars on the lot and then Mark came over to answer any questions I needed answered. He was very knowledgeable the beginning. I was able to look at the cars on the lot and then Mark came over to answer any questions I needed answered. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to what I was looking to purchase. He was not pushy and talked to me about the car. I appreciated being the focus of his attention. The car we purchased was going to be mine so his talking to me and not my husband made all the difference. He took into consideration what I needed in a vehicle and you could tell he loved selling the Infiniti brand. He gave me a lot of information on the car and helped me see that this was the on for me. I can not have been more pleased. Each step in the buying process was made simple and seemingly effortless. The business manager, Chris Taillon, was also so professional and found us a loan we could work into our budget. He covered all extras we may need and left the decision up to us. His hard work was a appreciated by my husband and I. He was very friendly and put us at ease. His attitude was one of informing us without being overly pushy. I will definitely recommend this dealership and especially Mark Pournaras to all my friends. We are already looking to the future and hoping these two outstanding men will help us with future Infiniti purchases. More
To start off, I went to this dealership with a general idea of what I was looking for. I walked in the door and was promptly greeted by Matt Burroughs who was eager to help me find the Infiniti I was hopi idea of what I was looking for. I walked in the door and was promptly greeted by Matt Burroughs who was eager to help me find the Infiniti I was hoping for. Matt set me up with one of their sales people by the name of Eric Cole who was quite enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Infiniti and all of the new technologies these vehicles have. I had been car shopping for quite some time and the way Eric went about things, there was a real no pressure atmosphere to the whole process, from the test drive to getting the paperwork done. This dealership is definitely worth a trip to. Great location, great vehicles, and great people. A+ More
