I can't say enough about the sales team from Infiniti of Nashua, Hugh McQueen went above and beyond to assist me in buying my used Mini Cooper. While car shopping online, Mark Pournaras sent me a compete of Nashua, Hugh McQueen went above and beyond to assist me in buying my used Mini Cooper. While car shopping online, Mark Pournaras sent me a compete video of the interior and exterior of the Mini before the shop closed for the evening. I then travelled to NH by train and bus from RI and they were more than happy to pick me up and drop me off at the bus station, and even delivered my new Mini to Rhode Island. Chris offered to match my finance rate and returned with an awesome 1.64% finance rate on a used vehicle! Everyone on the sales and finance team with was friendly, courteous and more than helpful. Hugh McQueen is an awesome salesman and I'd highly recommend him for your next purchase from Infiniti of Nashua. More
I was looking for an Infiniti G35 6M that was in good condition and within what I wanted to pay. I found one at Infiniti of Nashua and worked both with Mark and Sean. When working with Sean i really fe condition and within what I wanted to pay. I found one at Infiniti of Nashua and worked both with Mark and Sean. When working with Sean i really felt like he was honest with me, and that he represented what he was providing for sale. Although my purchase was from Arizona, my experience was very good. Thank you Sean for your help, and for your candor. Tim More
The used car manager Matt, is your typical salesperson, not anyone you should trust. If he makes a statement get it in writing, because he twists your words and works hard to get the upper hand. I would recommend you stay away. More
I had a very positive experience buying a new Infiniti to replace my old one. Hugh was great at providing the right amount of information but not being too intrusive. replace my old one. Hugh was great at providing the right amount of information but not being too intrusive. More
This is my 4th Infiniti from Infiniti of Nashua. I've always found the sales and service people to be professional and friendly. They don't just "sell" you a car, but make it an experience so that you will want to come back again and again. I've always been well taken care of, whether it was during the sales cycle or afterward with on-going maintenance on the car. Infinity makes a great product and Infiniti of Nashua is a great dealership. More
Just picked up my new G37x two days ago. The overall experience was very enjoyable. It began with email communications with Mark who provided insightful competitive analysis for the luxury sedan market. experience was very enjoyable. It began with email communications with Mark who provided insightful competitive analysis for the luxury sedan market. He was quick to admit the strengths other brands (as oppose to an Audi's salesman who labeled BMW as "Seiko" (!) while Audi being "Rolex"). When I made my first visit to the showroom, still uncommitted, Joe Gindi greeted me with his big smile and could not stopped talking about great Infiniti cars. His knowledge was second to none, he was able to handle all my questions with ease and good sense of humor. He helped new employee Tim to cover some topics that he struggled with in his first or second week on the job. Tim tried his hardest to make the test drive informative and I was very impressed with the vehicle. Couple of weeks later when I was ready to make a deal, Joe provided me with number of options for purchase and lease. The offers were very detailed and included all the fees and charges that other dealers tried to gloss over. While I could get a slightly better deal elsewhere, I chose Infiniti of Nashua since I felt they try to build a relationship instead of making a quick sale. More
I have been purchasing new vehicles for more than thirty years. And I have found that purchasing new vehicles is one of the most stressful transactions one can make. But the purchase of my new 2013 Infini years. And I have found that purchasing new vehicles is one of the most stressful transactions one can make. Just leased/purchased my 7th vehicle from Sean Nicholson at Infiniti of Nashua. We recently tried Lexus for one of our vehicles and there is no comparison. We are MUCH happier with the product and especia at Infiniti of Nashua. We recently tried Lexus for one of our vehicles and there is no comparison. We are MUCH happier with the product and especially the service that we get from Infiniti of Nashua. It's always a pleasure to deal with Sean and he makes doing business with him a pleasure. No back and forth...just straight up sales so very little wasted time. He understands his customers and what they are looking for which has not been my experience elsewhere. I would highly recommend Sean for an effortless and painless experience purchasing a new Infiniti. They also have a tremendous service department and I highly recommend them as well for service. I have worked mostly with Chris Holt in service and he is terrific. Loving our new QX56 and looking forward to replacing my M37x soon with a new Q series! More
Beware of buying a car from this place. I have purchased two cars from this dealer in that last 6 years and both times were due refunds for GAP and an extended warranty and was treated like crap. The first two cars from this dealer in that last 6 years and both times were due refunds for GAP and an extended warranty and was treated like crap. The first time around they screwed around with a $1600 refund I was due telling me it was processed and in the mail. They kept passing the buck sending me from one person to another for weeks on end until I finally had to drive down there and make them cut me a check. I was then foolish enough to buy another car from them more recently even though the first one was an actual lease buyout I had originally leased the car from Kelly Infiniti who were great. Although there were no issues with the buying process in Nashua when I refinanced the car at a lower rate I was due almost $500 in GAP insurance refunds. I had called in initially and was given the run around. They told me to call Infiniti Finance who then informed me it was the actual dealer who had to submit the refund. I then called the dealer back and they informed me I would have to come down with my paperwork. I came down with my paperwork on a Thursday and they informed me I should call back in a few days to make sure it was processed since the finance manager was not in at the time. A few days later I called Chris in Finance and he informed me he sent out the request and I would have the funds in 3-4 weeks. Five weeks later I called and asked Chris about my refund. He said he remembered me from before and informed me he told me it was 4-6 weeks not 3-4 weeks. Then he asked me for my name so he could look into it even though he told me he already knew who I was. A week later still no call back I called three more times with no luck then I had the pleasure of speaking with Ron Poirier who said he would look into it and get back to me. A day later he called and said they mailed it to an old address which is odd since they seem to have the correct address for billing and sending service reminders. He said he would cut a check immediately and I could pick it up or he would mail it. I was unable to go to the dealership that night so I asked him to mail it since I live one town over from the dealership and assumed the check was in responsible hands. He told me he would put it in the mail that day. Six days later I called and spoke with Ron. He had an attitude from the onset of the conversation and asked "What I wanted him to do?" I told him I just wanted the money I was owed and I had this problem before with his dealership. His reply was we have a lot of problems around here and I said yes I can see that. Then I asked if the check had even been mailed. He informed me he gave it to the office girl to mail last week. I asked if he was aware if she mailed it he said she should have. I asked him why he told me he was mailing it then just passed it to someone else. He started yelling "Listen UP SHUT UP!!!" and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with another manager who I actually bought the car off a year before. He said he would look into it. I said I would just go down and pick up the check and they said it was mailed. The next day that same manager called and said he has a check in his hand and I can go pick it up and they would do a stop pay on the check they mailed. He apologized for Ron's antics since Ron couldn't man up and apologize himself. Eight days later I do have my check that was picked up but the check they supposedly mailed is nowhere to be seen. If you want to spend $50k on a car and get treated like crap this is the place to go. The level of incompetence is off the charts. If you are smart like I should have been you will go to the Infiniti in Danvers they don't treat you like you are buying a 1990 Chevy Cavalier. More
Matt was extremely helpful describing the car used Infiniti that I wanted to buy. He knew the product very well and was able to answer all questions directly. I work with a new salesperson that was Infiniti that I wanted to buy. He knew the product very well and was able to answer all questions directly. I work with a new salesperson that was still learning all of the features of the vehicles so this is why I did not rate all aspects of my visit a 5. More
