I bought a used 2011 G37X back in April 2013, it had a couple of defects but overall the car is awesome. Matt Burroughs was absolutely wonderful and Russell Smith. Great place to do business. Just recently I notice the door handles on the passengers side look like the paint was wearing so I called them up and they told me to bring the car in so they can look at it. So i did and they gave me a loaner and said the would get back to me that day. I was hoping that it would be covered under my warranty but when the service dept. called me back they said that it was not covered. I was so upset because it looked like xxxx and the paint should not wear off after only two years old. So they told me to talk to the manager and see what they can do, so I did, I talked to Joe Gindi, first he told me that there was nothing they could do, but then he called me back and said that they would fix it for me, I was so happy, I would definitely recommend them and do business with Infinity of Nashua again. I purchased a used 2008 QX56 from Infiniti of Nashua after finding it online. The vehicle was everything they said it was and they went the extra mile to pick me up at the airport to bring me back to g after finding it online. Both Eric and Matt were very helpful in giving me the details and photos about the vehicle so I felt very comfortable working with them from out of state. Best part. I purchased a used Infiniti from a Infiniti dealer. This way they will be sure that they know EVERYTHING about the vehicle you are purchasing. I had some others out there that were similar to this but they were from used car lots. Knowing that I was going to have to fly to get the vehicle, I felt much more comfortable going to Infiniti of Nashua instead of some used car lot somewhere. Buying from a used car lot near your home is fine but buying used out of state with just pictures requires a dealer of that vehicle. More
My experience with this dealership was a pleasure from the beginning. I was able to look at the cars on the lot and then Mark came over to answer any questions I needed answered. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to what I was looking to purchase. He was not pushy and talked to me about the car. I appreciated being the focus of his attention. The car we purchased was going to be mine so his talking to me and not my husband made all the difference. He took into consideration what I needed in a vehicle and you could tell he loved selling the Infiniti brand. He gave me a lot of information on the car and helped me see that this was the on for me. I can not have been more pleased. Each step in the buying process was made simple and seemingly effortless. The business manager, Chris Taillon, was also so professional and found us a loan we could work into our budget. He covered all extras we may need and left the decision up to us. His hard work was a appreciated by my husband and I. He was very friendly and put us at ease. His attitude was one of informing us without being overly pushy. I will definitely recommend this dealership and especially Mark Pournaras to all my friends. We are already looking to the future and hoping these two outstanding men will help us with future Infiniti purchases. More
To start off, I went to this dealership with a general idea of what I was looking for. Matt set me up with one of their sales people by the name of Eric Cole who was quite enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Infiniti and all of the new technologies these vehicles have. I had been car shopping for quite some time and the way Eric went about things, there was a real no pressure atmosphere to the whole process, from the test drive to getting the paperwork done. This dealership is definitely worth a trip to. Great location, great vehicles, and great people. A+ More

Was very pleased with my experience usually dealership salesmen want you to come in and your phone number and all that so they can get their hook's in you.Joe was very helpful no PRESSURE a BIG PLUS in shopping for a car , my visit to the dealership was great!! ALL QUESTION'S answered or looked up for the answer! NO PRESSURE to BUY when you are finished looking around if you want a test drive or have any further question's call me I'd be happy to help! That pretty much sold me on this dealership to purchase my new car. Tom O'Malley handled my test drive's couple different Q50 to choose from VERY VERY!! IMPRESSED!! with the Q59S Hybrid the car I purchased Tom was great during the test drive's about feature's of the car and taking care of all the paperwork . Jeff Garden next man in the process and the scary part financing the new car, Jeff gets a FIVE STAR RATING on this worked with me on price and a monthly payment I could live with and took care of all the paperwork. Mark Pournaras was very professional as well personable. He spent hours with us from the first meeting introduction, to the lease signing, to the final explanation of the ins & outs of how our JX35 works. We were worried about negotiating, low-balling, etc. from all the horror stories we had heard about, but we didn't have to deal with any of that crap from this dealership. Mark Pournaras is the best car salesman I have dealt with!! We live in Connecticut and found our vehicle online. He did this on his own, and wasn't an initial request of mine. He is honest through and through, definitely cares about his customers, and is not out to just sell you anything! He takes pride in his career, and it is evident from the moment you talk to him. Definitely go see Mark if your are looking for a new or used car. You won't be disappointed! More

If you are considering an Infiniti look no further than Infiniti of Nashua and (IMO) Sean Nicholson as a sales rep. Not only will they be there for you before and during the sale (what sales rep isn't?), but they are devoted to helping you whenever you need it afterward. I will be a repeat customer for sure. This is our 2nd Infiniti purchased from Infiniti of Nashua. The first car and experience was awesome. That is why we chose to upgrade to a new model in 2011. When we purchased the vehicle, 2011 FX Nashua. The first car and experience was awesome. That is why we chose to upgrade to a new model in 2011. When we purchased the vehicle, 2011 FX 35, we also purchased the Elite service contract. My husband and I both know that we purchased Elite 1. When we were bringing the the car in for the first oil change we were told this was not covered. According to the dealership we have Elite 2 because we don't put alot of miles on the car. After much discussion with the dealership we cameto a time agreement that we would bring the car in every six months regardless of the mileage so that we would be using the maintenance contract we paid for. May of 2013 would be our next oil change. In April 2013 I called Infiniti service to bring the car in for an oil change. When I called, the person, Amanda who schedules maintenance told me we had Elite 1 Service, not to worry, no charges for oil change, tire rotation. I quote Amanda " just come in Monday thru Friday, 8-4, no appointment necessary and there is no charge. You have Elite 1 maintenance." As we knew we had from the beginning, Elite 1 service!. So my husband goes to Service aroung April 4th, and they tell him that there is a charge for the oil change. He re-hashes the whole issue, again, about the service contract. He even asked if it was possible to slide the May oil change up to the date he was there. We were taking the car on a long trip and thought it best to have the oil changed before that trip. The service dept refused to change the oil free, according to our service agreement. They told my husband to bring it up across the street at the dealership. Infiniti of Nashua's solution was to refund the remainder of the service contract! No efforts to correct the situation. We feel that our business was not important enough to Infiniti. No one called to at the very least discuss what happened. I was the one who called to speak to the dealership manager, Ron Poirer. He did call back. What is disheartening is that if I didn't initiate the phone call, no one would have called. On April 30,2013, I called to get the status of the refund of our service contract. I spoke to Chris H. He was curt, short and had no real answer except that it takes four to six weeks for the check to process. I told him we financed the vehicle. After trying to get an explanation of how this works he said the check would be sent to the bank. When I asked if we would be notified of this, he was very short with me. We love the Infiniti product. We hesitate to buy again, especially from Infiniti of Nashua. More
