Well, we decided to go to the dealership only to find out the vehicle was not there, instead it was on vacation with the sales manager for the next week. I have never heard of a manager taking an advertised vehicle on a vacation for over a week. And it was the only one they had. Wasted trip and not even an apology or an excuse....looked around found others. We still wanted to see this vehicle (which was priced higher than any others around). When it came back, we got a call saying if we wanted to we could come by. Again, no apologies for wasting our time and not having the advertised vehicle available. Vehicle was nice, needed brakes. I had a trade in, which I looked up KBB price and the salesperson did also, we came up with around the same figures. Manager low balled and offered thousands less than KBB. Was not interested in any negotiations and let us walk out the door, never heard from them again. Vehicle is still for sale. More

Worst Service I've Ever Experienced I purchased a used car from them (<20,000 miles), and not only did it take three weeks for them to have my car ready for pickup, when I got it home I I purchased a used car from them (<20,000 miles), and not only did it take three weeks for them to have my car ready for pickup, when I got it home I immediately noticed something wrong. I brought my car to the Subaru dealership up the road from me and they showed me that there were parts missing in the front suspension causing all sorts of unpleasant noise. This is a $500 repair that Infinity refuses to do or pay for. Upon further investigation, it turns out that there were issues with the rear suspension that would make it NOT PASS INSPECTION! This is a $1,200 repair that they only agreed that they would take care of after I threatened to report them to the State Police (for falsifying an inspection). These guys are awful. Take my advice and spend your money elsewhere! More

The sales team was very knowledgeable about their products, and competitive with their prices from the very beginning. The Internet Sales department (my salesperson was Cara Couture) in particular was able to provide quotes for both lease and purchase options quickly, and spelled out the details in a straightforward manner. After working out the final numbers with the general manager, I was able to work directly with James Hocking who handled the P&S, insurance, registration, and all of the little details over e-mail, saving me time at the dealership. James even offered to deliver the car over 100 miles to my house personally, going well above and beyond the role of a typical sales person. Thanks to the Infiniti of Nashua team for a great car buying experience! I highly recommend visiting this dealership for your future Infiniti purchases. More

I loved the Infiniti after test driving, but the sales experience was so painful that I would not spend a dime at that dealership. I didn't meet with any other employees, but the sales manager was at a nearby desk. It was after 5:00 pm on a Saturday, the place was closed, and we seemed to be the only ones around. So, I was sure he overheard the conversation I had with Nicholson, but he didn't add anything or approach us. Bottom line is that Nicholson was quite the jerk. He was rude and pushy and insulting - the stereotypical car salesman, in every way - and I would urge potential customers to choose another dealership. More

A+ All the Way! An Exceptional Car Buying Experience Hugh McQueen and Infiniti of Nashua have transformed my preconceived perception of "buying a car." I will never look at the process the same way again. After a lengthy search for a pre-owned Lexus RX 450 Hybrid, I stumbled across MY car on AutoTrader - very recently added to their inventory. I live in Virginia, so the trek to New Hampshire (and back) was daunting, to say the least... but after looking high and low for a particular car, I couldn't pass this one up when it met my every requirement - at the lowest price I'd seen anywhere. I contacted the dealership via their online Chat, and Hugh McQueen followed up with a prompt phone call. I SIMPLY CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HUGH - his courteous demeanor, his professionalism and knowledge, his dedication and his overall desire to see a customer satisfied and pleased with his or her car purchase, make for a rare combination in his business. Hugh diligently provided me with sufficient photos and information about the car (minus the high pressure sales tactics). He went over the Carfax report with me in detail, and even crawled under the vehicle himself to give me an honest opinion on one of my queries. After several phone conversations, I was able to make a comfortable decision to buy the car - sight unseen, without hesitation. I flew to New Hampshire and Hugh offered to pick me up at the airport on his day off. When my travel plans changed, he came in to work early and was waiting patiently when my plane landed. I was given a tour of the dealership (which is truly in a class all its' own) and everyone I met was not only amicable and professional... they were NICE. Thank you Amanda for providing me with those useful tips for my long drive back to Virginia! Even though I was buying a Lexus from an Infiniti dealer, I felt like I was Queen for a Day. And MY CAR was DETAILED to perfection! My arrival was delayed, so Hugh had the car parked inside the Service Center to keep it pristine. I am utterly picky about a clean and well-kept car, and I had no disappointments whatsoever. The Lexus had obviously been lovingly taken care of (just as Hugh had assured me it was), and it was handed over to me looking"absolutely mahvelous" and driving like a dream. The paperwork was easy-peasy and taken care of expeditiously. Then Hugh spent several hours with me going over every aspect of the operating basics of my Lexus. We tinkered with every gadget, programmed the Nav to get me home to Virginia, Hugh demonstrated the Voice Activation system, we connected my cell to the bluetooth and located the USB port, etc. I KNOW this took extra time on his behalf. Hugh is obviously very well versed on his Infiniti product, but he had to put some effort into familiarizing himself with the nuances of a Lexus. By the time I was ready to drive my car off the lot, I felt safe and well prepared for the 700 mile drive (through 9 states) to my Virginia destination. I LOVE my beautiful car. I am thrilled with the price I paid. I have raved to friends and family about my trip to Nashua to buy a car. What could have easily been a stressful disaster, turned out to be my most pleasant experience in 40 years of purchasing automobiles. For out-of-town buyers - I highly recommend Infiniti of Nashua. Hugh McQueen will meet your needs and take excellent care of you. More

I had a very bad experience with my old dealership and almost gave up on Infiniti entirely until meeting Mark Pournaras at Infiniti of Nashua. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, was very professional, nice, and worked very hard to make me happy. The finance department was truthful and helpful which is so hard to find. It meant a lot to me that they were honest with me and worked with me to get what I wanted. I now love Infiniti again and will be working with Infiniti of Nashua for many years to come. I am a smart buyer and read quite a bit before committing to something. I truly feel that Infiniti of Nashua is the best place to go for a vehicle. More

This was after they tried to pull a bait and switch on me. When I placed a review on this site they immediately reversed their position and gave me the deal without all the nonsense. I met with Joe who seemed annoyed about the review and asked that if I was satisfied that I remove the negative review! That was a mistake! Came in over the weekend already having secured financing and I couldn't get a straight answer from them. How much is the car?? Well if you finance through us and over this amount of time you will pay this.. I am pretty good at math and the shady tactics used by used car dealers I just didn't you would see it here. Again! And the hidden fees they try to pass on is just plain robbery! How do they determine the administrative fees? delivery fee's, transfer fees... It goes on and on.. I finally just walked out. I wonder how many other bad reviews have been negotiated away at this dealership? More
