What isn't made clear from the beginning is that those prices do not include ANY warranty, the mandatory fee for interior and exterior protection, etc. We also had problems with paperwork filled out by the dealer which made it more difficult to register the car and resulted in additional fees. I have always had my oil changed there amongst other minor repairs. I always wait for my car in the waiting room and never have I gone past one hour of waiting. Christopher Holt was always very nice and respectable and accommodating. Unless things have changed since my last oil change, 3 months ago, I just can't believe the recent reviews I am reading. More

Not a customer in sight for the entire 1 1/2 hours it took to change the oil in my car. This morning I actually checked the oil in my new infiniti. I found the oil to be half full and dirty. So I called Christopher Holt and left a message. He returned my call, threatened to hang up on me about 4 times and kept explaining how half full and dirty was normal for a 3 month old infiniti which just had it's oil and filter changed. He finally did hang up on me. Never again Mr. Holt. Infiniti just lost a customer. More
Awful customer service I scheduled a 9:00 appointment for 4 new tires, a fluid flush and alignment. 2.5 hours later I got a call (sitting in the waiting room) suggesting fur I scheduled a 9:00 appointment for 4 new tires, a fluid flush and alignment. 2.5 hours later I got a call (sitting in the waiting room) suggesting further service which I declined. Another 2 hours and 6 cars pass and I'm informed the alignment will take another hour. Never again. More
Customer Loses I purchased an excellent quality 2011 Acura TSX from this dealership in December. I learned yesterday, the first warm day of the year, that the air conditioner does not work properly. I called the dealership and spoke with Ron Poirier, General Manager to request that the repair be made. He flat out refused to honor the repair and treated me rudely sying I should have purchased an extended warranty. I explained that no one would test air conditioning when the temp was below freezing. I later confirmed with Fenton Family Dealerships in Keene, NH that of course they would honor such a repair. I found Infinity of Nashua to be dishonest and unethical. This customer loses. More
Very poor customer service I went to the dealership after finding they had good prices. I found a car I liked and put a deposit on it and after looking at it closer I decided to put the deposit on a different car and which point the salesman gave me an attitude for wanting to switch cars. The car I switched to they didn't have the title yet as they just got it in and I was fine with waiting a couple days until they got it. The salesman called me and said they got the title and the car was ready to pickup. I went in on the agreed upon day and time only to find out I was lied to and they still didn't have the title. I was told they would call me and bring it to me. I waited a couple days and no phone call or title. Now I am unable to register the car without it. I have made several calls to the dealership to get an update of when I will get it and nobody has returned my calls. Don't buy from them go spend a little more at another dealership and get good customer service. More

Buyer BEWARE of contract switches and terrible customer serv BEWARE of the shady finance manager! He verbally agreed to a 60 month term with my husband and then quite literally gave him a wink and said he would BEWARE of the shady finance manager! He pretended to make adjustments to trade in values and car prices but in actuality he added 3 months to the load and never said a word. My husband should have caught it but didn't because he wasn't looking for changes from the agreed upon deal. I called 2 times and requested to speak with someone about this. The assistant finance manager was nice but nobody ever called me back! No manager or general manager! Terrible customer service and very sketchy financing. Be very very very careful not to get ripped off if you go here! All of these reviews I am reading are true and exactly my experience as well! Wish I had seen them before we purchased! More
Nobody cares after you buy a car Took me 3-4 days of phone calls to schedule a state inspection and delivery cleaning they owed me. When I eventually arrived at the scheduled time it turned out they did not even put anything into the system so they made me wait in the waiting room until they figure everything out and find me a loaner. Additionally I had a pretty noticeable vibration (new car with 200-300 miles on it). Asked them to look at it and mentioned the tires pressure is way to higher then it has to be and different on each wheel. They said they'll take care.. But they did not. The pressure was exactly the same as before and the vibration was still there (even rear view mirrors were vibrating). And the exterior cleaning... rain does better job! I still had the glue from the stickers all over the windows, hood and trunk. I'm still waiting for the deposit (minus first payment) to be returned to my credit card. Have been calling them for like 2 weeks on this issue and spoke to 3 different people. Everybody promised to call back but nobody never did. So I just opened a dispute with my bank. Staff is friendly, pricing is not bad.. but the service looks like nobody cares More
