I loved the Infiniti after test driving, but the sales experience was so painful that I would not spend a dime at that dealership. I didn't meet with any other employees, but the sales manager was at a nearby desk. It was after 5:00 pm on a Saturday, the place was closed, and we seemed to be the only ones around. So, I was sure he overheard the conversation I had with Nicholson, but he didn't add anything or approach us. Bottom line is that Nicholson was quite the jerk. He was rude and pushy and insulting - the stereotypical car salesman, in every way - and I would urge potential customers to choose another dealership. More

A+ All the Way! An Exceptional Car Buying Experience Hugh McQueen and Infiniti of Nashua have transformed my preconceived perception of "buying a car." I will never look at the process the same way again. After a lengthy search for a pre-owned Lexus RX 450 Hybrid, I stumbled across MY car on AutoTrader - very recently added to their inventory. I live in Virginia, so the trek to New Hampshire (and back) was daunting, to say the least... but after looking high and low for a particular car, I couldn't pass this one up when it met my every requirement - at the lowest price I'd seen anywhere. I contacted the dealership via their online Chat, and Hugh McQueen followed up with a prompt phone call. I SIMPLY CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HUGH - his courteous demeanor, his professionalism and knowledge, his dedication and his overall desire to see a customer satisfied and pleased with his or her car purchase, make for a rare combination in his business. Hugh diligently provided me with sufficient photos and information about the car (minus the high pressure sales tactics). He went over the Carfax report with me in detail, and even crawled under the vehicle himself to give me an honest opinion on one of my queries. After several phone conversations, I was able to make a comfortable decision to buy the car - sight unseen, without hesitation. I flew to New Hampshire and Hugh offered to pick me up at the airport on his day off. When my travel plans changed, he came in to work early and was waiting patiently when my plane landed. I was given a tour of the dealership (which is truly in a class all its' own) and everyone I met was not only amicable and professional... they were NICE. Thank you Amanda for providing me with those useful tips for my long drive back to Virginia! Even though I was buying a Lexus from an Infiniti dealer, I felt like I was Queen for a Day. And MY CAR was DETAILED to perfection! My arrival was delayed, so Hugh had the car parked inside the Service Center to keep it pristine. I am utterly picky about a clean and well-kept car, and I had no disappointments whatsoever. The Lexus had obviously been lovingly taken care of (just as Hugh had assured me it was), and it was handed over to me looking"absolutely mahvelous" and driving like a dream. The paperwork was easy-peasy and taken care of expeditiously. Then Hugh spent several hours with me going over every aspect of the operating basics of my Lexus. We tinkered with every gadget, programmed the Nav to get me home to Virginia, Hugh demonstrated the Voice Activation system, we connected my cell to the bluetooth and located the USB port, etc. I KNOW this took extra time on his behalf. Hugh is obviously very well versed on his Infiniti product, but he had to put some effort into familiarizing himself with the nuances of a Lexus. By the time I was ready to drive my car off the lot, I felt safe and well prepared for the 700 mile drive (through 9 states) to my Virginia destination. I LOVE my beautiful car. I am thrilled with the price I paid. I have raved to friends and family about my trip to Nashua to buy a car. What could have easily been a stressful disaster, turned out to be my most pleasant experience in 40 years of purchasing automobiles. For out-of-town buyers - I highly recommend Infiniti of Nashua. Hugh McQueen will meet your needs and take excellent care of you. More
Infiniti of Nashua made me love Infiniti again My lease was up on my Infiniti and I spoke to a few dealerships before committing to Infiniti of Nashua. I had a very bad experience with my old deal My lease was up on my Infiniti and I spoke to a few dealerships before committing to Infiniti of Nashua. I had a very bad experience with my old dealership and almost gave up on Infiniti entirely until meeting Mark Pournaras at Infiniti of Nashua. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, was very professional, nice, and worked very hard to make me happy. The finance department was truthful and helpful which is so hard to find. It meant a lot to me that they were honest with me and worked with me to get what I wanted. I now love Infiniti again and will be working with Infiniti of Nashua for many years to come. I am a smart buyer and read quite a bit before committing to something. I truly feel that Infiniti of Nashua is the best place to go for a vehicle. More

This was after they tried to pull a bait and switch on me. When I placed a review on this site they immediately reversed their position and gave me the deal without all the nonsense. I met with Joe who seemed annoyed about the review and asked that if I was satisfied that I remove the negative review! That was a mistake! Came in over the weekend already having secured financing and I couldn't get a straight answer from them. How much is the car?? Well if you finance through us and over this amount of time you will pay this.. I am pretty good at math and the shady tactics used by used car dealers I just didn't you would see it here. Again! And the hidden fees they try to pass on is just plain robbery! How do they determine the administrative fees? delivery fee's, transfer fees... It goes on and on.. I finally just walked out. I wonder how many other bad reviews have been negotiated away at this dealership? More

Let me start by saying I am currently leasing an Infiniti and am happy with the brand itself. What I am not happy with is the poor business practices of Nashua Infiniti. I recently came to the dealership looking for a replacement lease. I started working with the salesman Matt L. We went over the different options and picked out a vehicle that fit into what I was looking for. Matt broke out the old 4 square piece of paper they use to show you all the different payment options. So far all is well. Then I was hit with the we need a security deposit to continue the paperwork and to hold the car. I told the salesman we were looking at other cars and and at this time could not put down a deposit. Over the next few days I received call after call pressuring me to put down a security deposit. Next I was contacted by Matt the sales manager who again tried to get me to put down the security deposit. I told him we were not sure what we were doing with the car. Our Conan was that the payments would be going up a little. He stated he wasn't going to lose a sale over a few dollars and agreed to keep payments the same with 475 dollar security deposit. I told him I wanted him to make sure before we gave him any money we would be approved. He said he would check and get right back to me. After waiting two hours I called him back. I was told he had gone home for the day. The next day I get another call from Matt L. Again he wants me to put down a security deposit. This time however joe the new car manager is on the call and tells me like the other two they needed a security deposit to proceed with any paperwork. Today I get a call from Matt L again saying now they needed $1000.00 security deposit!!! He told me again they could not proceed without it. I told him we were told by his sales manager the deposit was 475. I contacted a friend who is in car sales and he told me there is never a reason why you should ever put down a deposit! I told Matt L this and he stated it was an Infiniti of nashua policy to require a deposit to proceed with even the credit application. Several hours later and after I refused to place down a deposit I get a call saying they did a preliminary credit check and decided it was not worth submitting. More

Worst decision ever!I am still waiting for an owners manual as well as a cargo liner as promised. ( and it is not what I had requested)It has taken numerous calls including a call to the GM, & I still do not have theses items. My salesman Dan was nice enough however knew nothing about the product. I knew more than him from owning one prior to this purchase. I also had numerous other issues, secondary to lack of communication. When purchasing a car of this caliber you expect a certain level of customer service which was lacking to say the least. I would never ever recommend this dealership. More

In a class above the rest I am not a frequent car buyer. I have had the same car for quite some time, and was comfortable with it. After I had gotten over the dread of car sh I am not a frequent car buyer. I have had the same car for quite some time, and was comfortable with it. After I had gotten over the dread of car shopping, I decided it was time to upgrade to a newer, used car and am very happy I ended up in the good hands of Inifiniti of Nashua. I had originally gone to Tulley of Manchester. They had a vehicle I was interested in, however, emails and phone calls went unanswered until I finally received a introductory response. Then...nothing but an email stating to "just come in" even though I was asking basic questions about a vehicle that any salesman should have been able to answer. Like you, I wanted a few things clear about the product before taking time off of work to stop in. Then, I was looking online, and I found an Infiniti that I really liked. I called, and their Sales Manager Matt Burroughs was there right away to answer my questions about what cars they had in stock, made recommendations that weren't upsells, and basically just sounded like he was very knowledgable about cars in addition to being personable. I came in, settled on a couple test drives, and ended up finding the perfect vehicle after taking my time. Their staff was incredibly professional and well established yet everyone got along, just a very comfortable atmosphere. Matt introduced me to Hugh who took me on one of the test drives, and at the same time, gave me a crash course on the nuances of Infiniti I was purchasing, which was very appreciative and helpful (it snowed heavily the very next day, and I had gotten stuck in 8 inches of powder. Although the car has awd and variable traction control, he had showed me how to turn off the VTC less than 24 hours before hand. Without that little piece of info that he knew was important, I probably wouldn't have seen the small button and ended up spinning my tires until all I had left was a set of baloney skins for tires) Their finance manager Chris gave me no reason to put up a defense in the finance office. Again, very knowledgable, and provided me with guidance instead of sales tactics or pushing excessive warranties. Everything was exactly as it should have been and the only thing better than the service, was the price. I would recommend Infiniti of Nashua to my mother. The confidence in their brand, their product knowledge and just good hiring practices make them the best dealership that I have ever dealt with. They're a winning team and I will absolutely be purchasing again from them in the future. More
