No Surprises Dealership Right from the start, it was easy to get in the dealership. I always ask a lot of questions and if he didn't know the answer, he found out. He easily shined when demonstrating his product knowledge. Jacob had a demo car ready to go in a moments notice and offered me to take the demo home and really give the car a tryout. Although I was surprised by the offer, I did not take him up on it. When it came down to negotiating the purchase, Jacob handled my objections well and it was easy to come to an agreement. My new car was delivered as promised and Jacob spent the time with me to describe all the features before I drove off. Even now, after I am back home, he still has the time to answer my concerns. I will certainly go back to Jacob in the future and give him the chance to meet my car purchasing needs. Mike Y More

Easy and pleasant I was about to purchase another vehicle at another dealership and happened to pass by and saw the suburban.
