Needs Improvement in customer satisfaction Why i have given title as Needs improvement is the sales guys did not explain me properly on certified extended warranty before booking the car. Once i signed the papers they started explain me that you have to purchase it additionally. I have told sale person my max budget before looking/checking the cars. They have made me to purchase the extended warranty by showing cost of the parts and etc. Next i have tried to reach to sales person to talk about my exceeded budget it went to voice mail.I left a message to call back. I have not received any call from him. I felt that i have taken trap by sales guys.otherwise they are good in reception. More
