Not being familiar with the initial process, I was greeted by a very pleasant employee after parking my vehicle and instructed to drive my vehicle into the entrance area. There I was also greeted and directed to the waiting area after letting them know I had a appointment. After a very short wait, I was greeted by Dennis, who quickly set me up for my vehicle getting all the service needed for this visit. At about 4:15 in the afternoon, Dennis called me and let me know my vehicle was ready to pick up. I could go on in detail, but the bottom line is that from start to finish my recent service visit was excellent. All of the staff that I met were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The new service center is very clean and well set up for efficient service.and customer comfort. I am a pleased customer. More
