I am a 90 year old woman who just purchased my third Infinity. I have had good service from my cars. I contacted Randy Chin early February, but didn’t come in to test drive until several weeks later. Randy didn’t continually phone me , but occasionally emailed. He never got real pushy, and was always very polite. Several days after I picked up my car I called Randy about a problem which he quickly resolved. My old Inifinity was being shipped to my grand daughter in CO. Randy and Dale made sure that this was taken care of. I enjoyed working with Randy, and that he had the patience to work with me. Top notch man! More
I originally took my vehicle to Infiniti of Orland Park and, after they informed me that they couldn’t really figure out what was going on with my convertible top, so I called Infiniti of Naperville. The s and, after they informed me that they couldn’t really figure out what was going on with my convertible top, so I called Infiniti of Naperville. The service advisor assured me that one of his master technicians would “surely” be able to diagnose my vehicle. Well… I took it in and they informed me that they would need another 3 hours of labor to see if they could diagnose it (with no guarantee that this would be sufficient enough time) but would be charged another $700 just to diagnose on top of the $211 they were already going to charge me. They charged me $211 to tell me that they couldn’t figure it out either. lol… At least Orland Park Infiniti had the decency to say we can’t do it and didn’t charge me a diagnostic fee at all. After all, they didn’t tell me anything. I’m not annoyed with their inability to diagnose, as it’s obviously a hard component to work on, I’m annoyed at at a business model that looks to charge regardless of whether or not an actual service was provided. More
