INFINITI of Naperville

Though other Infiniti dealers are closer to my home in Lincolnwood, I drive the 40+ minutes to do business with Infiniti of Naperville because they have always treated me like family. I've leased and bought many cars from them over many years, since they were in Lisle. Their entire team from sales to service is fantastic. Other dealers could learn from them just what excellent customer service really is. I just wish Infiniti still made a full size sedan, like my Q70 that I bought off lease because they stopped making it, as I would have leased a new one from Randy Chin at Infiniti of Naperville. I was beyond impressed with the work of Joey Wood. I met with him about 1 specific truck they had in stock. It was the only truck of its kind they had and it was just outside of my budget. Despite the fact with him about 1 specific truck they had in stock. It was the only truck of its kind they had and it was just outside of my budget. Joey could have easily just have forgotten about me but he took the time to help me find any new trucks that may come on the market until I finally did find one.
