I bought a certified pre owned Infiniti from them, specifically for the warranty. Drove 1/2 hour to my appointment for an AC and window problem, only to be told it 'may' cost 180$ x2 to diagnose my p specifically for the warranty. Drove 1/2 hour to my appointment for an AC and window problem, only to be told it 'may' cost 180$ x2 to diagnose my problems to see if they are covered under warranty. So, $360 just to find out if my problem is 'covered'. Unacceptable, we declined their 'offer' and left. Buyer beware, certified pre-owned warranty does not mean anything...would have been nice to be informed of these costs prior to driving out for my 'warranty' work More
