Julian has gone above and beyond each and everytime to make sure that my vehicle (as well as myself) is taken care of with no question. Whenever anything extra that may be needed to be performed (they never just do it and charge me in the process), he always notifies me prior to doing so, and also explains why he recommends a service, but always leaves it up to me if I should choose to accept it or not. Julian has always been straight forward with me and talks to me as a friend, not just a customer. He is one of the main and many reasons why I enjoy going there as often as I do. I know I can bring my car there and have it taken care of and not need to worry about any sour mishaps.
