I have a M35x and every time I come to the dealership Mike is always ready to help me. He is always friendly right when I pull up. I have taken my car to other dealerships and I can say that the service Mike is always ready to help me. He is always friendly right when I pull up. This is a long overdue review. We love our car; more importantly, we will go back to Bill for our next Infiniti if we still live in the area. Our overall experiences are very positive. We just relocated back to Chicago from NYC and desperately needed a car. After doing our research, we found Infiniti of Lisle had the most selections. The gentleman we worked with is Bill. As an experienced consultant, Bill was very patient and willing to listen to our needs. He provided consultative advice by explaining the pricing variations and model differences that best suit our life style. In one word, you wouldn’t feel pressured at all here. When it comes to disagreement, Bill always graciously gave us time alone if he senses our hesitations. At the end, we went home happily with a 2007 Infiniti 35X. A small hiccup happened a few days later. We found the gas mileage is much lower than the advertised. In addition, the front bumper has a small dent. We called Bill. Bill took the car back for a checkup without hesitation. Everything turned out to be fine. Probably it the odometer was never reset for a long time. Unfortunately the small dent on the bumper wasn't fixed. Our final recommendation is that like every other purchase, you should always do the homework beforehand. Set your expectations right - especially you are buying a used car. That includes understanding your own finance situation, driving needs, comparables of the car you are looking to buy. More
