The service department has been fair, honest, professional, and treat you like a valued customer; they also do a good job on the actual maintenance and repairs. I shopped around, but I came back to Infiniti of Lisle because of their superior sales, service, and product line. Some dealerships that I visited were very rude to a woman shopper.
