I wasnt happy with another infiniti dealership so I brought my old infiniti at the recommendation of corporate infiniti to Infiniti of Lisle. In the service dept, Doug Cameron and Julian(service manage brought my old infiniti at the recommendation of corporate infiniti to Infiniti of Lisle. In the service dept, Doug Cameron and Julian(service manager) did a great job and I decided to bring my business to this dealership. In sales Bill Hanes helped me throughout the transaction and Assad Hamzeh did a great job explaing all the details of the car. Great job guys, keep it up!! More

I considered a couple German manufacturers along with Infinity, and was very impressed with the technology, styling and engine of the Infinity. I visited a few Infinity dealerships once I knew figured out which car I wanted, and focused on customer service and overall experience. Tony Saldana was the sales rep I worked with at Infinity of Lisle and I quickly realized this is the dealer I wanted to do business with. He was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicle and was very friendly which made me comfortable about the investment I was about to make. I highly recommend the Infinity of Lisle dealership as well as Tony Saldana in sales. You will not be disappointed! More

The truth is that i have always received exceptional customer service at this dealership; they really go above and beyond, and it is something i feel compelled to share. With my lease-end quickly approaching, the customer-service experience (in service) led me to consider buying/leasing a newer infiniti. And that is when i met Tony; he's one of those guys that treats you like a human being, something that all dealerships, and all salesmen, should strive for. Being as tech-y as i am, most of my questions were centered around the technology that infiniti uses and employs in their cars. i already *loved* my existing infiniti, but was drawn to all the latest technology that infiniti had put in their cars since i got my existing infiniti; in particular, i was interested in the new safety features. Tony was patient and explained all the technologies; his passion for the car matched my passion for cars and technologies. His excitement while explaining the safety features (a critical requirement of mine) made me appreciate the fact that someone else (besides myself) cared as much about safety as i did. My point is this: infiniti makes great cars affordable, but ultimately it's customer service that makes the shopping experience that much more enjoyable. not only did i get a new infiniti, i met some great people and formed new friendships. in the end, i was treated like a person, and that is what i am most happy about :-) - a happy customer More
I was first attracted to Infiniti of Lisle by their web site. Micah Basarich the internet director scheduled my appointment and answered all of my questions about the QX56. He introduced me to Jeff Walker who took me on a demo ride and completely went through all of the features of the car. We agreed on a price which I thought was very fair. When I picked up my new car I was introduced to Assad Hamzeh who went through all of the functions of the vehicle.Everyone I dealt with through the entire process was very informative, helpful and courteous. When I was ready to purchase, he had everything ready and the sale went smoothly. Assad Hamzeh, customer service specialist, was thorough in his explanation of the car. My last two cars were from Infiniti of Lisle and both were taken care of by Nick Patel. He is, by far, the best salesman I have ever dealt with. No pressure and no games at all. He gave me two great deals and I took them both times. His communication is excellent and you know that he is a really good guy and that he is definitely trying to help save money while getting what you want. After he helped me complete the deal, he introduced me to a customer service specialist, Assad Hamzeh. Assad is extremely knowledgeable and took his time to show me every important feature of my new car. He explained everything fluidly and left no question unanswered. By the time he was done, I was ready to enjoy the car and not wonder how to make certain features work. I highly recommend Infiniti of Lisle to anyone in the market for a new or used car.
