I purchased infiniti at Lisle. Prior to Lisle, I went Chicago and Glencoe dealer. When I went the dealer what salesman told me on the phone was different than on the phone/email. A great buying experience. I came to just show my wife the car,they had the car I wanted, I made an offer ,Edie countered and the deal was done. Good experience. This is the first Infiniti we have purchased and we are very satisfied so far. All the people we dealt with were very friendly with the exception of the F&I guy but maybe he is not su purchased and we are very satisfied so far. There were a few pieces of plastic film not completely removed and an inspection ticket that was left on the floor in the car between the front passenger seat and the storage divider, so that was the reason for the 4 instead of 5 in Quality of work. As far as the 4 on price, I felt I got an ok deal as we all would like to get even better especially this time of year and considering the manufacturer to dealer incentive. There was one misunderstanding of price I heard over the phone versus what was on the bill of sale ($300)difference, so that is mainly why the 4 instead of 5. More

I wasnt happy with another infiniti dealership so I brought my old infiniti at the recommendation of corporate infiniti to Infiniti of Lisle. In the service dept, Doug Cameron and Julian(service manage brought my old infiniti at the recommendation of corporate infiniti to Infiniti of Lisle. In the service dept, Doug Cameron and Julian(service manager) did a great job and I decided to bring my business to this dealership. In sales Bill Hanes helped me throughout the transaction and Assad Hamzeh did a great job explaing all the details of the car. Great job guys, keep it up!! More
This was my first experience dealing with Infinity as a manufacturer so I required quite a bit of education prior to making a decision for a new vehicle. I considered a couple German manufacturers along with Infinity, and was very impressed with the technology, styling and engine of the Infinity. I visited a few Infinity dealerships once I knew figured out which car I wanted, and focused on customer service and overall experience. Tony Saldana was the sales rep I worked with at Infinity of Lisle and I quickly realized this is the dealer I wanted to do business with. He was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicle and was very friendly which made me comfortable about the investment I was about to make. I highly recommend the Infinity of Lisle dealership as well as Tony Saldana in sales. You will not be disappointed! More
i met Tony Saldana (in sales) right after doing the 30K service on my existing infiniti; Mike Harlow (in service) provided me with one the best customer service experiences in service. The truth is that i have always received exceptional customer service at this dealership; they really go above and beyond, and it is something i feel compelled to share. With my lease-end quickly approaching, the customer-service experience (in service) led me to consider buying/leasing a newer infiniti. And that is when i met Tony; he's one of those guys that treats you like a human being, something that all dealerships, and all salesmen, should strive for. Being as tech-y as i am, most of my questions were centered around the technology that infiniti uses and employs in their cars. i already *loved* my existing infiniti, but was drawn to all the latest technology that infiniti had put in their cars since i got my existing infiniti; in particular, i was interested in the new safety features. Tony was patient and explained all the technologies; his passion for the car matched my passion for cars and technologies. His excitement while explaining the safety features (a critical requirement of mine) made me appreciate the fact that someone else (besides myself) cared as much about safety as i did. My point is this: infiniti makes great cars affordable, but ultimately it's customer service that makes the shopping experience that much more enjoyable. not only did i get a new infiniti, i met some great people and formed new friendships. in the end, i was treated like a person, and that is what i am most happy about :-) - a happy customer More
