Scott took his time, explained all the features within the car and even dealt with me while I was being very indecisive about the choice in color I wanted.. What can I say, I’m a female!!! When I had finally decided on the color and went with my husband to finally pick out my car, we were greeted by Scott and Asad, who were ready and waiting for arrival…. Asad was the person who was responsible to go over every detail of the car, and when I say he was detailed he was detailed….. I felt so incredibly comfortable driving my new Infiniti G37X off the lot that I personally could have done my own presentation on how car works…. My lease on the 2007 Infiniti G35 was due to expire in January 2011. Edie Hebert of Infiniti of Lisle called me in August and said that Infiniti had an incentive program to end the lease early. I made an appointment with Edie to talk about the program. I met with Edie on September 1st. The entire staff at Infiniti of Lisle could not be nicer. It is a pleasure to walk into the dealership and be greated with a smile and a warm welcome. Edie came to greet my wife and myself with the enthusiasm and warmth of an old friend. She offered us refreshments and we sat down to discover the incentive program that brought us here. We were offered, and we did take a test drive in the new G37x that we were interested in. There was no hint of any pressure in the sales experience. When all was said and done, Edie offered prices on the G37x with and without navigation. The first prices were a little higher that I wanted to pay, so Edie asked where I needed to be. I gave her the price, she went off to finance, and shortly thereafter, she came back with my price and an offer to take the car on the spot. Infiniti's incentive program included my last three months of lease payments, as well as the standard $500 toward damage and mileage. This was a deal that I could not refuse. When the paperwork was completed, I met with Terry Becker. He explained everything that I was signing in a very professional and courteous manner. After completing the paperwork, Edie brought the car around and proceeded to show us all the options and carefully explain the many features of the new car. When I came in, that evening, I was just going to find out about the incentives. I left that night in a brand new 2010 G37x with navigation. I was very happy and extremely pleased with the wonderful experience I had at Infiniti of Lisle. More
Steve was great to work with, I felt he was honest and straightforward, I didn't feel like I was being sold. Joe was great he work hard and stayed late to complete the deal. thought I got low balled a little too much for the car a was trading in. Only complaint...the car was still wrapped in plastic(good thing) the deal. thought I got low balled a little too much for the car a was trading in. Only complaint...the car was still wrapped in plastic(good thing) but some of the plastic was not completely removed between the door panels. In fairness we got there late after work and live far from the dealer..they had to scramble to get the car ready. Joe new which car i was interested in(internet Inventory) and had it pulled out and waiting when I got there. We never test drove the car as this is my 3rd G car. More
