every encounter with infiniti of lisle has been a smooth, pleasant experience. I have purchased 3 cars from them in the past 5 years, have always felt as if i was getting a great deal, and have left happy an pleasant experience. My service visits are always pleasant, as the dealership has my car picked up, provides me with a loaner vehicle, and return my car (always clean) when they are done. I then receive a phone call from Mike Harlow who explains to me what was done, if there were any problems, and how i can settle any bills over the phone or via mail. It couldn't get easier! More

Only complaint with service is that I've repeatedly complained about the right wiper and repeated replacement of blade has not helped the smearing. I purchased my Infinity FX35 in 2004 from Infinity of Lisle. The initial sales experience was one of the best I've had with a new car dealership. Smooth, simple and very importantly, I did not feel that anyone was playing "games" with me during the negotiation process. Delivery of the car went smoothly, and all of its functionality was explained to me. Since then, I've brought it to the service department for all of the scheduled services, and again, feel that I've been treated very fairly - from the initial "consultation" with the sales manager, to follow-up calls during the servicing (if anything else was discovered that we had not discussed)to the final pick-up of the car. During my warranty period, I never had a problem getting a "loaner" car according to whatever personal schedule I required. And importantly again, I've never felt taken advantage of when the final bill was presented - it was always "no surprises"! The vehicle itself has been wonderful. As I recall, I've only had one problem with the car outside of the normal maintenance cycle, which was covered under the warranty with no hassles. All in all, I would highly recommend Infinity cars in general, and Infinity of Lisle specifically, both for purchasing a vehicle as well as having it serviced. Jeff in Wheaton More
