We live in Minnesota and decided to buy a car from Ryan based upon a recommendation from a friend in Minnesota who also bought a car from Ryan. We also had a trade so we had to be assured that the dealorship would not back out of the deal once we arrived in Chicago with our trade. Everything went as planned and anticipated. Ryan was true to his word which is rare in car sales these day's. He was upfront with us and never tryed to back out of the deal he made. I have bought many luxury cars and have not had the same pleasant experience with all the dealerships. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Ryan and Infiniti of Lisle. While I waited to have someone explain the nuances of the car, Kevin made sure I was taken care of. Assad presented other options, but didn't pressure me to purchase (which I really appreciated). He also was very detailed explaining the different functions of the car. Would highly recommend this dealer to anyone buying an Infiniti. More
