I brought the car in for a check engine light, a 2002 Infiniti I35 with 78000 miles, I was not expecting a bill for $1964. with a recommendation of $1450. more. We had been bringing the car in for factory service till the warranty ran out, but have been maintaining the recommended service schedule on our own. I didn't believe the price I was quoted for work that was an absolute necessity, plus the additional work that was needed. The service writer I worked with kept telling me he was sharpening his pencil to get me a better price. By him sharpening his pencil on a $2000. bill, he saved me about $50. For buying the car from here new and having it serviced here many times, that didn't seem like a very good deal. I was not even offered the coupon discount for service that is mailed out periodically during the year. Needless to say, he needs a new pencil sharpener,and I will have to find a new shop to service my Infiniti. More

I have purchased 3 cars from them in the past 5 years, have always felt as if i was getting a great deal, and have left happy an pleasant experience. My service visits are always pleasant, as the dealership has my car picked up, provides me with a loaner vehicle, and return my car (always clean) when they are done. I then receive a phone call from Mike Harlow who explains to me what was done, if there were any problems, and how i can settle any bills over the phone or via mail. It couldn't get easier! More
