We live in Minnesota and decided to buy a car from Ryan based upon a recommendation from a friend in Minnesota who also bought a car from Ryan. We also had a trade so we had to be assured that the dealorship would not back out of the deal once we arrived in Chicago with our trade. Everything went as planned and anticipated. While I waited to have someone explain the nuances of the car, Kevin made sure I was taken care of. Assad presented other options, but didn't pressure me to purchase (which I really appreciated).
