We just bought a 2011 M37X for my wife. And, I recently bought (6 months ago) a 2010 G37XS from this dealer. Assad worked with us in both cases. For example, I bought the extray floor trays that were great last winter for protecting the carpet in the car. Assad was very professional, knoweledgeable, courteous and not pushy. A very powerful compbination of attributes that made for a great experience for us. Assad understood without being told that this car was for my wife. He treated her with a great deal of respect, not talking down to her, explaining the wide array of electronic gadgetry to her, treating her as an intelligent adult (you'd be surprised how many car salesmen talk down to women or ignore them). We drove away feeling confident in how to operate the vehcile and its advanced features. Assad should be commended for his interpresonal style, his knowledge of the product and his professionalism. He also has a nice sense of humor to boot. We just bought a very expensive car. He was our last contact/discussion before driving off the lot and he sent us away feeling very good about our transaction. More
