I've bought 3 vehicles from them 1 new and 2 used they have the best prices around and service is second to none. The service dept gets it right the very first time, there isn't any second guessing as to what the problems of the cars could be. I've always, always gotten a loaner vehicle anytime i've called. I could call on Monday and have service the very next day. My salesman Scott Rehfeldt was superb and always helpful. We do not have an Infinity dealer in South Bend, In. Bill Harris approached us as we entered the dealership. Up front and foremost, Bill is outstanding in his skills of identifying consumer needs and has a wonderful way of makeing the guest comfortable from start to finish in the process. Bill fully knows his product and just flat out get's this business. I have recently visited several dealerships and while most were well informed about the product they offer, Bill stood well above them in my opinion. You can tell when someone likes what they do for a living and Bill will have many years of success in this career path. Ryan Indelicato, the Delivery Specialist was out standing as well and took my wife throuhg the complex process (for a female guest) of learning all the features in our FX50 with care and comfort, so much so that she had a comfort level telling me what she learned on our 2 hr drive home.
