He was very helpful in my initial inquiry and test drive, followed-through after my visit, and helped complete the deal whe superb customer service. I've visited Infiniti of Lisle on a few occasions, usually when the dealer is closed so I can look around uninterrupted. After I found myself coming back to look at the same car more than once I decided it was time for a test drive. Joe welcomed me to the dealership even before I made it to the front door. I explained to Joe that I am interested in test driving the car and had no intentions on purchasing the vehicle that day. Without any hesitation Joe said that was more than fine and most people just come for information the first time in the store. I was absolutely shocked, I have NEVER had a good experience with a car dealer. He took his time and explained all the features of the car and asked me if it seemed like a good fit. When I told him yes we took a test drive in the car and I was hooked. After the test drive he showed me the Carfax report, the service records, and the Blue Book pricing. I really wasn't ready to buy the car that day but the deal was just to good to pass up! More

It was the first time I have bought a car (12 cars and counting) that the sales (or the dealer) took the time explain the car's features and help me set up the car to my requirements. I have yet to open the owner's manual and don't think I will need to open the manual other than to review/remind me of service requirements. I recommend Nick Patel & the Infiniti of Lisle team. I will buy my next car from Nick. The Infiniti is a great car, very user friendly. Very intuitive, my previous car was a Lexus. It was a great experience. More

Most people do not look forward to the car buying experience. There is cunsumer anxiety about getting the best orice and the tprocess is often awkward for many.
