I've visited Infiniti of Lisle on a few occasions, usually when the dealer is closed so I can look around uninterrupted. I explained to Joe that I am interested in test driving the car and had no intentions on purchasing the vehicle that day. Without any hesitation Joe said that was more than fine and most people just come for information the first time in the store. I was absolutely shocked, I have NEVER had a good experience with a car dealer. He took his time and explained all the features of the car and asked me if it seemed like a good fit. When I told him yes we took a test drive in the car and I was hooked. After the test drive he showed me the Carfax report, the service records, and the Blue Book pricing. I really wasn't ready to buy the car that day but the deal was just to good to pass up! More
