I couldn't be more pleased with my salesman Scott. He was, is, a gentlemen of the highest quality. Very knowledgable of your product and bends over backwards to help you. But that didn't stop Scott's kindness and helpfulness, it just wasn't meant to be this time. My husband and I went in for an oil change and maintenance on my G35 and we swung over to see how Bill was doing. He was our sales rep for our 2008 G35. He was very nice, patient and spent an entire day with us test driving different models and explaining the pro's and con's of each. He always sent an e-mail or dropped a call to see how my husband and I were doing throughout our lease. We are expecting our 1st child in November so were going to start looking at upgrading to a bigger car with more trunk space so we went and spoke to Bill while we were having our maintenance done. He was actually busy with a customer that had an appointment but still made time to answer our questions and check in on how we were doing. Again the reason why we chose our original car. To make a long story short we ended up trading in our lease a little early and decided to lease a new 2011 EX35. Jeff Walker ended up spending time with us that day and was very helpful as well. He was very knowledgeable and very accomodating. He ended up assisting us with pricing and selling the car since Bill was busy. My husband and I would absolutely recommend Bill and Jeff to all of our friends and will definitely keep on purchasing cars from Infiniti of Lisle if they are still there. You should be proud to have employees like Bill and Jeff. More
