This is the second time I have leased a car from Jeff. Both times we did most of the deal over the phone/email. Bob was great. Worked with me on finding appropriate new car. Got me a trade-in value that worked. Bob handled last minute changes right down to putting floor mats in the car while I was waiting for the fi car. Got me a trade-in value that worked. Ryan showed us all the bells and whistles of our new car when it was delivered to us. There are so many features that it could have been a very confusing experience, but he did a great job of keeping it simple. He had a lot of patience and answered all of our questions thoroughly. And, we even remembered all of his instructions after the fact! Success!! I would highly recommend working with this team and this dealership if you are in the market for an Infiniti. This is our 4th Infiniti overall and second one we bought from Infiniti of Lisle and we will continue going back to this store and Scott the next time we are in the market. More
Overall I had a very good buying exprerience at this dealership.(Thus far). I was somewhar disappointed that when replacing tires on their used Infinities- one I did buy- a sub-standard brand was used dealership.(Thus far). I know my tire beands and though this brand -Milestar claims to be a 40 yr old name this is the first time I have comew accross it. I am 69 yrs old. Tires are very important to a cars safety thus my concern with using a second tier brand. More
Mr. Johnson was very professional and helpful from the start and throughout the entire process of my purchase. He was very willing to stay late to help sort out some last minute issues with the insurance and made sure everything was set before handing over the keys. Ryan did a great walk-through of the car and made sure I understood how everything worked, also staying past closing time to help have things set before the car was handed over to me. All around great experience with the dealership. They go beyond other Infiniti dealers to be transparent about their pre-owned cars. Most Infiniti dealerships in the city don't get their pre-owned cars certified but Lisle was the only place that provided all the info regarding the inspection process (which includes CPO inspection so you can easily pay the extra $$ to have take the car as a CPO vehicle), service/repair records, and both Carfax and Autocheck reports. More

Finance was quick and easy and I was on the road with my new call instead of sitting in a dealership all day. I got 5+ follow up calls from Ryan and Ray a few days after purchase just thanking me and asking if my wife or I had any questions, great touch and made me refer my mother to go look at a new car.
