We were looking for a used Infinity G35X and decided to drive 170miles to Infinity of Lisle because their inventory is second to none. He looked at his inventory list and found many vehicles that matched our specifications. He then patiently took us around the lot, vehicle by vehicle to show us each and every one on the list. Bill is both very friendly, personable, and very knowlegeable about Infinity vehicles. He directed us on a test drive, to demonstrate the cars attributes and abilities, which was very enjoyable. We purchased the Infinity and had a great experience in the process. Before we drove off,they took the time to thoroughly go over all the features of the Infinity; set up our navigation system, bluetooth connection for our phone, and familiarized us with the vehicle. George was there to help us as soon as we walked in the door, took us on a thorough test drive, searched through inventory to find exactly what we wanted (eventually taking the car his Manager had just started driving) and got us a great deal. Then he stayed after closing to make sure we got to drive our new car home that night. And the one that had to stay latest was Assad, after 7:00 on a Saturday night. But he didn't make us feel rushed at all. He had a great sense of humor and was a real whiz with all the features of the car. Gave us some great tips! I don't know how he did it, but he even hooked up my 5 year old cell phone! It was just a positive experience from start to finish, and the entire staff was friendly and professional. We'd recommend Infiniti of Lisle, George and Assad to anyone! And the G37 has been nothing but fun! More

This is the 6th infiniti that I have purchsed from Infiniti of Lisle and I have worked with Edie every time. I always find them to be professional, helpful and easy to work with. This purchase was unusual because I had an 8PM appointment to look at cars and a business meeting ran late. I did not get there until nine and found Edie and a whole team of people staying behind to wait for me. I checked out the car and was ready to buy. We setteled on pricing, financing, and the team went to work. While their finance manager created the paperwork, Ryan gave me a complete orientation on the car, A porter transfered by plates, and Edie kept everything moving. By the time they were done getting the car ready and me up to speed on my new car the contracts were in hand and we signed the paperwork. No one rushed, everyone made me feel like they had all the time in the world and in less than 40 minutes from the time I arrived I was driving my new car home.
