I needed to trade in my BMW 645CI due to financial reasons (wanted to lower my monthly payment) and because we have a baby on the way. I needed a car that usable in the winter and had 4 doors. I walked in and discussed a possible trade with Steve. The dealer appraised my car at $2600 more than the BMW dealership. Although I know that I could have received more selling it on my own, I felt it was a decent offer. That established trust right off the bat. Throughout the process, Steve and other members at the dealership were very friendly and helpful. We popped in a couple times when we were in the area and each time were greeted in a friendly manner. When we decided on a possible car, the negotiations went very well. Without having to haggle back and forth, I thought they took the appropriated reductions on the used car. They also assisted greatly in the financing !!!!
