Assad Hamzeh did a nice job of presenting available dealer add-ons without being high-pressure, and an excellent job of running me through an orientation of the new car's technical features in the short time that I had available. My experience with Infiniti of Lisle was nearly flawless. The only two constructive criticisms I would offer would be (1) to make sure that sales staff can and do access their work email when expecting a response from a customer so that there are no communication lapses that inconvenience anyone; and (2) provide better restroom facilities, because -- for a busy dealership -- a "one-holer" with poor ventilation is inadequate to take care of staff, sales customers, and service customers. On a previous visit after we purchased our pre-owned 2008 G35X, I noticed a Locking lug was missing from one of the wheels. On a day off, I visited again to get it fixed but they did not have any loaner cars available. I went to say hello to our salesman Scott, and heasked how everything was going. I explained to hm that I was in to get the tire repaired. He asked if I was going to wait for it and I told him I hd to due to the fact that all the loaner cars were out. He told me he would take care of me and rturned with a key to a car I could use while mine was getting repaired. That's the kind of service that will keep me coming back to Infinity of Lisle for years to come. I have also reccomended your dealership to several people I know. I have been looking at the Infiniti FX35 (principally the 2008) as a possible purchase over the past three months. We like to find high quality used vehicles that have under 40,000 miles that has many great 2008) as a possible purchase over the past three months. We like to find high quality used vehicles that have under 40,000 miles that has many great years left. My research took me to the Infiniti product. After trying to work with the local Infiniti dealer and a small selection of FX35s the past two months I found (thru the internet) that Infiniti of Lisle had the largest selection of FX35s within 200 miles of us as we live in Ft. Wayne, In--180 miles away). No other dealer had more than 2 used FX35s and many had none--Lisle had 9 at the time of my research. I called them and spoke to one of their sales consultants, Rick Farbo, who was very helpful over the phone and stayed in communication with me keeping me informed of what the inventory was for the 2008 FX35. I made the 180 trek over to the westside of Chicago to Infiniti of Lisle on a Saturday morning--and I was not disappointed! I arrived at 9 am, Rick met me with a donut and a smile and we started looking at the inventory of 2008 FX35s--the best and most I have seen at one dealership. I selected the 2008 FX35 that I wanted and the negotiation of price and my trade went very well. I obtained the deal I wanted and I was very satisfied. Then the finance department personnel, Bill, actually took the extra effort to find a better finance rate than I had already obtained. Very please with Bill's effort. My only regret in the deal that I make at Infiniti of Lisle is that I am 180 miles away from that deal ership and will not be able to take advantage of their customer service benefits and the piece of mind I will be taken care of as I would want to be treated. Ammahd explained how everything in the vehicle worked before we left the dealership. He was also extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions! These two gentleman made me feel that they wanted my business and worked very hard to get it. I absolutley love the car and know that if I need anything in the future they will be there to help. Jeff stayed with us through the process that was about three weeks once we first met and saw the car. We also had a bit better rate on the financing compared to the original rate. All items that were needing attention, chips, stains, grill cracked, service performed, were completed before we left the show room. Ryan Indelicato, Ryan did a nice job of explaining the technical features of the car. He is also going to get any of our follow up questions answered when needed. He seems to understand the car inside and out! Nice work from Bill in finance. We spent a minimum ammount of time getting our financing wrapped up. The salesman was very helpful and spent a great deal of time with me, test driving a couple of different models and showing me a variety of exterior and interior color combinations, etc. After the test dri time with me, test driving a couple of different models and showing me a variety of exterior and interior color combinations, etc. After the test drive I had a fairly specific idea of the vehicle I was looking for, and I was pleasantly surprised that when the dealer didn't have the exact package I was looking for in stock he was not pushy about trying to sell me something I didn't want. They did locate the exact vehicle I wanted at another dealer in the area within a couple of weeks, and had it transferred to their location. The pricing for the new vehicle was in line with (average) based on Edmunds and Kelly Blue Book listings. The value they gave me for my trade in was slightly higher than I expected, and significantly ($1500) higher than offers from other dealerships. The process of purchasing the car was very efficient, including a thorough explanation of the many, many features of the car. Overall, it was a remarkably pleasant experience; the only thing I wouldn't rate a "5" is the price, and only because it wasn't spectacularly low, merely moderately better than I expected. More
