After I told him about the upgraded packages and colors I wanted on the vehicle he gave a very reasonable price. He located a car in Minnesota, I met with him two hours later and the deal was signed and the car was shipped. There was never any pressure to buy. He emphasized the quality of Infiniti of Lisle's customer service. When I went to pick up my car, Ryan Indelicato spent hours with me and my wife going over every operational aspect of our new car. He was exceptionally helpful- there's a lot of advanced technology on this car. Both Jeff and Ryan gave me their personal cell telephone numbers and said to call anytime with concerns or questions. Jeff put in writing that he would pick up my car at my house, give me a loaner, and return the car to me after service had been completed for as long as I owned the car.
