Could I have have played hardball and squeezed a few more dollars out of the deal? Probably, yes, but the buying experience was such an easy time and even their first offer was reasonable so after one counter and we were done. My wife was not with me at the time, so they slapped some plates on and sent me off in the new car for the rest of the day until we could come back later that evening. When we returned, Ray even watched my kids while my wife and I signed! Ryan did a great job of showing me the features of the car...which took a while...there was plenty to go over. Ryan knew his stuff, and that makes a world of difference. The "other" dealer I visited couldn't even demonstrate all the features of the car because he wasn't up to speed. Ryan knew every feature so well he made the learning process a snap. Overall, I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for an Infiniti. More

We then did more research online and had a number of dealerships quote the price and we decided to go with Rich and the Lisle team because they had a great price and they took care of us when we came in. We had to order the car and while it took awhile to come in, Rich kept us up to date on the delivery date and had everything ready to go when we came to buy it. An overall great experience. More

We had been shopping for an SUV for several weeks comparing several makes and models. Previously we had been loyal Toyota Sequoia owners. This would have been our 4th.
