Great service from the get go - ever since I requested info online. I bought the Infiniti JX and since it was a new car and back ordered it took me over 1.5 months to get the car but through out the wait info online. I bought the Infiniti JX and since it was a new car and back ordered it took me over 1.5 months to get the car but through out the wait the folks at the dealership were great and patient. The true difference in this buying experience was Joe Tiberi who I felt was very honest, reponsive, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Although I had several dealerships calling me often to earn my business, it was Joe T that helped clinch the deal with Infiniti of Lisle. Rich and Ryan were great when it came to picking up the car and the new car orientation - Ryan was very patient for over an hour on a very hot day in showing us all the car had to offer. I would highly recommend buying from Infiniti of Lisle - I know I will certainly be back there if I am looking for another Infiniti. Now let me go enjoy my car...vrrroooom! More
