My wife was not with me at the time, so they slapped some plates on and sent me off in the new car for the rest of the day until we could come back later that evening. When we returned, Ray even watched my kids while my wife and I signed! Ryan did a great job of showing me the features of the car...which took a while...there was plenty to go over. Ryan knew his stuff, and that makes a world of difference. The "other" dealer I visited couldn't even demonstrate all the features of the car because he wasn't up to speed.
