Had a great experience and they had the exact car I was looking for. I asked for the best available price and Steve gave it to me. It took a while to "check out" with the finance guy since there was only one of them (and there were 2 people ahead of me buying cars). I was paying cash, so I thought I would be in and out of there quick. Once I did get to see the finance guy it was quick and easy since I paid cash. I would maybe recommend having 2 finance people on staff for the later hours (or let people buying new cars with cash go first since it doesn't take long). I arrived at the dealership at 7:15pm and found the car I wanted around 8:00pm, but I wasn't able to leave until 10:15pm. Overall was a good experience! More

About a year ago, I bought a 2008 G35x from this dealer, and specifically from Bill Haines. He did a great job in helping me with my decision. I got it serviced recently at the Clarendon Hills dealer (it's closer to where I live) and I loved their service, too.
