The professionalism of both Sean Pelkey and Ryan Indelicato was very impressive. I was browsing the internet aimlessly looking for car deals, as I do every night (or DID). I came upon Infiniti Naperville-Lisle and looked at the specials. I briefly spoke with internet director, Micah, deals, as I do every night (or DID). I came upon Infiniti Naperville-Lisle and looked at the specials. I briefly spoke with internet director, Micah, and arranged to come in at 8 and meet with salesman, Rich Ligeza, to look at the G25x. Upon meeting with Rich, I was pleasantly surprised by his kindness and professionalism..( I had went to a Volkswagon dealer over the weekend and was disappointed in the service, loved the car but could not see myself buying from that guy!). Rich was informative, patient, and most importantly- NOT PUSHY. After deciding to go with the car, the process was quick with no problems. It was past nine, but the consultants stayed and waited for us to finish up. Lastly, I was taken step by step with instructions of navigating the car with delivery specialist Ryan Indelicato. He was upbeat, very helpful, and was in no rush to explain the details of the car with me (and it was almost 10 p.m.!) The little things like these are what has made me very happy and satisfied with my decision to chose Naperville-Lisle Infiniti. I love the car and look forward to working with this company again in the future, and refer it to friends and family. More

Rich Ligeza was extremely professional during my entire time at your dealership. I came in not knowing if I would make the switch to Infinity and I am very pleased with my decision to do so.
