After owning numerous Lexus and Toyota cars I decided to look at the Infiniti FX35. For nearly four years, my wife and I have been bringing in our Infiniti vehicles to Lisle for service and have only the greatest things to say about their service staff, particularly guys like Christian Lafferty, Doug Cameron, and Drew Panegasser. These guys go the extra mile, they are honest, up front about issues that do and do not need to be addressed on our vehicles. I cannot expect more from a service department than the type of professionalism we have received. We are lucky to be around a department like Lisle that is close to our home, we feel like we are at home when we visit this dealership. Truly, the service experience makes a huge difference in our perception of the ownership of any vehicle, and this dealership makes me want to keep buying the infiniti brand.
